Can’t see a thread so I thought I’d start one. Yes, it’s unbelievably early, but I noticed Glossybox have already revealed their Advent Calendar contents for this year. Saw this reveal on YouTube this morning:

Have to say it doesn’t wow me, but there’s plenty of time and many more Advent Calendars to come, I’m sure!

I got the jo malone one last year and loved it. Also for as a present for my mum so I wasn't buying her tat she didn't need. Mai ly little perfume bottles that do last a while, some creams snd a voucher for bottle of your choice. Well worth it

I also had Liberty last year but it was a bit too high end for me! I'd never heard of the stuff!

Cohorted would make a good one as their monthly box's are amazing

It looks like inflation is hitting the advent calendar world this year. Instead of increasing the price like F&M, some of them seem to be reducing the size and/or quality of the items, hoping that we won't notice!

😂🤣 Fate worse than death. Avant are trying very hard to convince people it is a high end product. I suppose there must be some people who like Avant but IMO you would be better off spending £20 the Nivea one when it comes.

Atilla, snap! I had a sample of the Venn stuff from Space NK recently and it was lovely.

But no way am I buying it without a decent GWP, not at that price!

Although I have to say that I won't be buying any advent calendar that includes Nars Orgasm blush or This Works sleep spray. So bored of these.

Absolutely. And Eyeko mascara. I didn’t buy one last year. I followed the Liberty reveal thread and bought some of the items that got universal praise on eBay.

The standout success of any beauty advent calendar for me was a tiny tube of Filorga eye cream which I’ve bought ever since. It’s the dogs’ bollocks.

Amazing, isn’t it? I don’t mind that it’s £40 for 15ml because it’s so incredible. It’s made my lashes longer and thicker too.

I like quite a lot of Filorga....currently using their Oxygen Peel and really rate it. When I first tried the eye cream, I caught sight of myself in the mirror at work and my immediate thought was, Woooaaahhhh that's crazy....where did my wrinkles go?😆
