I have this kind of thing and like really small earrings though I'm quite bored with what I have now and looking for some ideas!

Maria Tash & BVLA are gorgeous but £££
More affordable are Laura Bond, Astrid & Miyu. Etsy will have loads but my favourite Etsy shop is Lunear.

"Curated ear" I'd love to hear how people would describe mine. There's more piercings than ear on both sides, about 40. I do find it hilarious when I carefully tuck my hair behind an ear. Instant shock reaction. Curated... for a few cutesy carefully placed studs

Yes! I've been busily piercing mine for almost a year now. I get nearly all of my stuff from Etsy. Can't justify the price of higher end stuff like Maria Tash unfortunately, though there are indeed some beautiful pieces.

(I've only had the rook a month which is why it is still sporting a titanium barbell. Hate how bare my right ear looks!)

Ummm… I only have one extra piercing on one ear but it needs a flat back. I just buy any old earring and bend the post with pliers so it’s like a nose stud
