Like @Laska2Meryls I’m relieved not to have a return from my parcels that arrived yesterday. The blue poplin Ono leaf skirt and Olive Lexi Sateen culottes. Love both. I’ve got the lexis in navy cotton/linen and these fit the same.
Just waiting today on the fique pouch and Donegal wool cardigan…. Which is only staying if I love it as it’s quite expensive and I already have the jumper.
I do still have a herringbone shirt to return as I re ordered when it was further reduced. Fingers crossed that works 🤞🏼

How did the culotte trousers fit around the waist @AmethystMoonShine? I love them!

@neveradullmoment99 the lexi’s are quite neat on the waist. I think the Olive ones are a bit more forgiving than the cotton/linen ones I have though. Definitely not tight, I’m wearing them now at my desk and very comfy.

Actually I’ve just measured the waist @neveradullmoment99 and they’re about 33 inches so maybe not so neat for a 12! I think it’s because they’re quite structured they look neat on the waist rather than feel neat… if that makes sense

Yes very much a bargain, my linen:cotton ones were about 90 pounds in the sale I think. Originally 160 ish

Who got an email invitation to the Kindred event at the Crafts council gallery? It's free and includes an overnight stay in Spitalfields! Very 'intimate' so they'll be picking names out of hats. It would be lovely if a few of us ended up there!

I did, sounds amazing. I’m still being a wuss about public transport though (very long way for me, days travel each way).

The wool cashmere checked scarf arrived so gorgeous. But on pretty much the hottest day of the year so far , I won't be modelling it for you.. but it will live on the camper van where it will get tons of use on chilly campsite evenings !

My latest order arrived today - the Beton Cire rain hat, which is lovely but why is it only in a small size? Can’t decide if it’s quite big enough.

Also the Rhythm Stripe Knot Front Shirt, which again is lovely but quite crisp, I’d prefer it softer, does anyone have this? Does it soften over time? I’d be grateful for any comments, thank you.

Sorry about the very dirty mirror, but hopefully you get the idea.
I got the size 14, and that was a good shout. I'm normally a 12 or sometimes 14 but I do have a 36 DD bust and that can be a problem in some Toast dresses and so looking at the styling video that they did I made a calculated guess that I'd need to size up and I was right. It's not too loose anywhere else either. I tried it with the belt but was a bit meh about it. I don't think it really added anything to it.
