I completely forgot that I bought a Kin blouse the other day.
Navy seersucker with pouffe sleeves.
They also had a navy dress in the seersucker that didn't look to wide / big .
I ripped my toast check robe on the hens cage today letting them out this morning.
Will do a repair but I'm really annoyed with myself .

Toastcosiloveit you look great. Hope it's not too stalkerish to say I love the blue nails. As I enjoy seeing toast on others thought I would post one of my sale purchases (the fan shirt, love the print and material) but I am not sure I am doing it justice!
Anyone have the Suzy dress? Am tempted by the rave reviews and I would like a pinafore dress

@TheChattyRat I love that fan print shirt. It looks great on you. I have it as well. Great print. I would also like the swimsuit in that print but it never went into the sale and so I have had to make do with an old Boden costume. My last Toast costume was recently thrown out as it went baggy after five years of loyal service.

I'm off to the Bath Toast shop next week so will check out some of the new stock. Am very tempted by the micro gingham dress which has recently appeared in the Loungewear section. Has anyone ordered it? I can never understand the concept of Loungewear and think it would be so much better if all dresses were under 'Dresses' etc ....or is it just me?

@MrsCat1, I have ordered that dress. And yes, I often consider so,e of the “loungewear” dresses quite dressed up, I don’t get it! Although I do find the Xs-xl sizing of the loungewear easier to navigate.
Anyway, dress (and the jumpsuit in the same fabric - love a jumpsuit, though they don’t love me as my top and bottom half are quite different sizes, but I will keep trying them!) should arrive today, and I will report back later.

Should also say that I tried the trousers in the same fabric in store at the weekend, but found them overwhelming on me. At 5’1” they were too long, and the pleats at the waist just made it look like too much fabric overall on me. Will be great on someone taller. But the fabric itself was very nice, hence ordering the other two items. Also saw the new version of the loungewear crinkle check dress, which I think is nicer than the previous two versions. And some of the new nightwear is delightful.

Yes I thought the same about those check culottes even though I'm tall. I also preferred the cashmere/ cotton fabric of last years. Thank you who mentioned the Instagram shops-finally can actually see what things look like on real people rather than a model standing on a ladder

Reporting back on the micro gingham dress and jumpsuit….
For reference I am usually a 10-12 or S in Toast tops and dresses, but an 8 or XS in Toast trousers.
Both are huge and going back. In more detail…The dress has no shoulder seam and the arms have a sort of kimono shape, and the waist is wide. I could have gone down from S to XS. This rarely happens as I am busty and need a S for bust and shoulders. However, I won’t bother trying the smaller size as I don’t like the collar on me. It feels quite high, but this could just be me as shirt collars don’t usually work on me.
The jumpsuit is also big. I went for a S, and could fit someone else into the trouser part with me, but the top half fits fine. The trousers are super wide (culotte wide), I would much prefer a tapered leg. Sizing down though the top half would be too fitted for me. I always have this trouble with jumpsuits, but it would work for someone who is the same size on top and bottom or smaller on top than on bottom. I much prefer the neck of this, it is really lovely, and I wish the dress had that neck, I would try that in a smaller size if it did.
They both arrived really creased though, despite being well packed. It is so annoying, you can’t tell properly how something hangs when they arrive like this. Grrr.
I also ordered two pairs of Kitty clogs - the navy ones with toes out and the new backless cumin ones. I love them both. I don’t find them narrow, as some reviews have said, and I have a relatively wide foot. They are a little short though, maybe a half size, so if you are between sizes and want to wear with a chunky sock I would size up. Now I need to decide which to keep, I had hoped one wouldn’t work.

@ScottishMouse Thank you for the swift and comprehensive reviews. I'm tall, fairly broad and hourglass, so very different to you I suspect. However the dress doesn't sound promising from your description, although I may try it in store if it is in stock. Im sure there will be more temptations before too long!

Yes @Saurus72, that’s the one. I’m afraid I have been ridiculously efficient though and brought it back to the post office already (I happened to be going anyway). But happy to give you any more info that I can about it.

@MrsCat1, don’t be put off. I think it was really only the collar that will make me not bother with trying a smaller size, and that is just a personal thing. I didn’t like the collar on the Oxford shirt dress earlier in the season, but lots of folk here liked that one.

Pressed post too soon - yes I like to get rid of my returns quickly too. Is it anything like the one I linked to above do you think? I love a shirt dress and every time I wear the orange one I feel great and get loads of compliments so if there’s an updated version it may well be for me!
