Hi guys, I am new to the Toast threads!
I've purchased from Toast many times in the past but have tended to have to return much of it, unless accessories or homeware.
I am not unreasonably tiny, just 5'4, average to slim size 8-10 and in my mid forties. I have a smallish bust, but still a B cup. I have no idea why Toast clothes drown me, but even a size 6 winter coat reaches the top of my feet and has room for about 12 more shoulders when buttoned
Most of the images in this thread seem like you are mostly average heights/weights, so I have no idea how you're doing it - do you get stuff altered, are are you all pushing 6 foot?
There are a few dresses I am interested in but a bit risk averse now.
A good thing is to check their local insta's as many of the shop staff model the stock and you get some decent idea of what the clothes look like on - unlike the appalling website, which has put too much energy into the aesthetic at the detriment of actually showing models wearing the clothes from different angles. if they did this, I would shop there much more. They don't even give you garment measurements FGS, it's not as if it would kill them.
This particular issue gives me the impression that they care very little about customer comfort or satisfaction, almost as if they are hostile to it.
I hope they eventually meet some stiff competition and are forced to make shopping on their website more customer focused.
