Nude tights still a no-no?

I'm assuming yes and I hate the thought, but I'm struggling to find a leg covering to go with spring dresses, boots/trainers that isn't heavy opaques.

Do I just give up and go with the opaques?

If you've found this page in search of tights that have been tried and tested by fellow Mumsnet users, you might find our guide to the best tights useful. Hope this helps! MNHQ

I wear the sheer suntan tights , you can’t tell they are tights ,, better than pale legs

I always use tan in summer on my legs but often wear nude tights depending on time of year and where I am going. If you get the right ones they are absolutely fine imo

@Jojoanna where do you get them from? I used to wear the ones from Boots for years and years but I haven’t seen them in there forever.

Not that I’ve got anywhere to go in them!

Well judging by the fact that every shop I’ve ever been to sells a huge range of nude tights I’m presuming many many people wear them!
I don’t personally, the colour ‘nude’ doesn’t suit all, my dark skin makes nude tights look a bit odd. If they’re sheer, my legs end up looking grey, if they’re opaque then they don’t really look like my nude so defeats the object.
I just wear black or navy tights when it’s tights weather.
Op, wear what you want whenever you want!
