If someone else has already started one of these please direct me over. I’m not qualified to be the OP of these wonderful threads... but I typed the below and I will be heard

Neither the dress nor the tiara are my personal favourites.

But bloody hell it’s got class.

Granny’s dress and tiara turn it from ‘shameful secret wedding because daddy can’t be seen in public anymore’ to ‘intimate family occasion fully supported and loved by Grandmother, The Queen’. I think it’s a huge showing of support from the Queen to her granddaughter and that’s lovely.

Definitely wine and more relaxed and smiley photos with mum too. George is also rather shy, reserved and cautious in public.

NOW it's a York wedding! It had been lacking that frissant of vulgarity, at least we know now why Fergie had been so quiet!
I still think the wedding was beautiful and well done, shame the pictures were (I assume) sold.

I don't know if I'm pleased or not, but the Hello spread on the wedding doesn't have any new photos. I had a look on my library's magazine app.

On the one hand I would love to see more frocks, but on the other I hope she didn't sell the photos.

Are the new photos in hello or have they just complied everything we know into 'souvenir edition' or has a deal been done? As much as I want to see more I'm really hoping no one would do a deal with PA these days!

If they had sold pictures to Hello! then the magazine would have an exclusive picture on the cover, not one of the four already released. It’s a clever spin by the magazine.

William and Kate have released some pictures of an event last week to mark the royal foundation donating money to mental health services and frontline services through the pandemic.

It's a standard Kate dress I don't dislike it but I am bored of seeing the same dress in a different pattern at every event

I agree about Kate’s dresses. They are just so safe, a bit prissy and dull. What happened to her style when she was younger? It’s just so buttoned up..literally!

When I glanced at the first picture I thought Kate was wearing a pretty blouse with straight legged jeans and that it was a nice change.

It's a pretty dress and suits her but yes, a bit bored of them now.

I think Kate dresses for events with consideration that she literally has to be buttoned up, as she can't have any wardrobe malfunctions. I suspect she takes her role seriously and as future queen, must look modest and 'neat'.
I like that she dresses down when off duty and does the breton and jeans thing.
You can never really tell what goes on behind the scenes, but she and William do come across as a great team and she radiates happiness and interest in her official engagements.

That reddish brown hair colour is awful on KM. It makes her face look red.

I agree that KM's gorgeous photos of the children are putting the paps out of business. Hats off to her for taking control of that situation.

I think there is probably some truth in that however letizia, Max and others have to dress with the same things in mind and they don't just repeat a look over and over again.

I don't expect her to be fashion forward but a blouse and long skirt, blouse and linen trousers even just not a shirt dress, there are loads of totally safe, appropriate outfit options out there that isn't a shirt dress.

I think she's stuck in a rut that we are all guilty of she's found something that suits her and is appropriate and she's sticking with it, we are all guilty of it but we don't all employ a stylist and get photographed as much as she does.

Think you have jumped to the wrong conclusion, there are no new pictures, Hello have just lifted what’s been seen already.

I’m both impressed and disappointed that there were no new pictures for me to gawp at.

I posted after that post, after pp's pointed out the pictures weren't new, to say ah I hoped that was the case (as in, they hadn't sold out)
