Neither the dress nor the tiara are my personal favourites.

But bloody hell it’s got class.

Granny’s dress and tiara turn it from ‘shameful secret wedding because daddy can’t be seen in public anymore’ to ‘intimate family occasion fully supported and loved by Grandmother, The Queen’. I think it’s a huge showing of support from the Queen to her granddaughter and that’s lovely.

Whenever I see her scout outfits, I then notice the year and I'm always surprised, I think it's the same year but its always a different one. Can someone do a Scout outfit comparison? I think that the March 2019 look was the best one.

I can't do a montage but here are some Kate Scout outfits I've found. I think the first one is 2019?

I loved the grey Iris and Ink jumper and the red J Crew jumper.

Unrelated to Scouts, there's a Fjallraven jumper she's been pictured in a few times that I don't like to the point where I feel itchy and irritated just looking at it.

This is not up to the normal montage standard so but yes I can find 4 outfits including today's that are scout outfits, all In a neutral earthy palate that is very typical of an outdoors/nature event for Kate. She seems to collect khaki jackets like she does green dress coats she seems to have lots that are very slightly different!

I agree that 2019's Scout outfit is the winner.

Sophie was out today At a meeting to discuss keeping civilians safe during military operations if I have understood correctly. Always nice to see her out and about especially when she gets to dress up a bit.

I like the shape and the way it hangs.

The stripes and style of that dress are very flattering on Sophie but I'm afraid I don't like what I can see of her handbag.

I like Kate's outdoorsy Scout outfits, I particularly like the hat she wore in the snowy pics, it always strikes me that that's what she's most comfortable in.

Afraid I'm not a fan of Sophie's dress, the waistline looks in an odd place and I don't like the colour on her much.

Lovely pictures of Scouting Kate! My favourite is the one in the snow with that cute hat. I think she does a country look really well.
It's clearly freezing cold and I love the joyfulness that emanates from her when she's meeting people.
