Neither the dress nor the tiara are my personal favourites.

But bloody hell it’s got class.

Granny’s dress and tiara turn it from ‘shameful secret wedding because daddy can’t be seen in public anymore’ to ‘intimate family occasion fully supported and loved by Grandmother, The Queen’. I think it’s a huge showing of support from the Queen to her granddaughter and that’s lovely.

She has such presence. I don't always like her style choices, but somehow she carries off most of it. I like her bold jewellery, and the way she embraces the bling!

Max always looks a right laugh. It's like Kate always looks engaged and interested in whatever she is doing too.

She has mastered the art of looking like a nice person I suppose!

I like to think I am a nice person but I’m not sure people who get that impression of me from a series of pictures of me at work 🤣😂

I agree, Hope. I think Kate has a similar, albeit slightly more reserved way of looking interested, engaged and very smiley. I think Kate's attractiveness is all in the mobility of her expressions. Max just seems comfortable in her skin. Wish I had her confidence (and figure, attractiveness, the diamonds etc.!)

Swedish influencer Ebba von Sydow has a few good photos of CPM on her latest royal post ebbavonsydow.com/2020/09/04/kungligt-fredagsgodis-septembersnyggt-eller-sott/ including some throwback of gowns and tiaras. Her verdict on the pink dress is "too twee" even though CPM can carry it off.

Yes thanks Banivani. I particularly enjoyed the first link. I know this dress isn't CPV's best style or colour, but somehow she looks great in this photo I think. I also love the one of CPM and CPV together.

Cams has been out and about in her new role as colonel in chief of the first rifle battalion (?).

She really favours this style of dress and has a lot of versions of it. I think this dark green is one of the nicest - works better on her than the paler colours. Is this handbag the one that she and Meghan both have? I'm no handbag expert so perhaps one of you will be able to identify it.

I also lust after the green Strathberry. I am very much a handbag person and I love that it's a Scottish brand. They are available in the US, unlike Aspinal, another of my favorite UK brands, favored by Kate now and again.

I want to like Leti's tweed dress from Zara, but I really struggle with those 'unfinished' hems, which always look untidy to me.

I like both of those dresses MotherofPearl. I wish I could carry off huge earrings like Max does.
