@SenecaFallsRedux I can watch Windsors on netflix in the US.

I think Catherine Cambridge's hair would look fab just above her shoulders - barely skimming them. I also think she is death to shoes. For some reason they never look good on her. boots and sandals are fine though.

Good lord, that green is a fab colour for Sophie but what a terrible dress! Maybe it photographed badly but looked better in real life. She looks radiant in that colour though, the dusky pink is a bit flat on her I think. I like the dress she wore underneath though.

I love the Alaia dress & the green colour on her. Coat - hmm not great but she may have needed it for warmth.

I think Sophie needs to get fitted for a decent supportive bra.

Has anyone seen the royalty now instagrammer? An artist who recreates famous paintings of (mostly) royalty as they would look today with modern hair, make up, clothes etc. Really brings them to life for me.

I think Kate has amazing hair, but the styling can be a bit meh at times. Must admit I prefer it a bit shorter than it is at the moment. CPM's hair always looks well styled and modern.

Also yes to the PP who said Kate is death to shoes (and horrible mid-length forest green culottes chosen for no apparent reason, but certainly not to look good).

I like Sophie's frock, although some tailoring might be needed? It's a rare blonde English rose type that can pull off that rose-pink-nude look. She's done ok, but might need more tailoring now under higher scrutiny.

Like, Charlotte's green coat look is mighty fierce. Won't be messing with her.

Also, despite my rule-out fail ... I didn't see much to love about Kate's (frankly) bizarre culottes.

The M&S runners might be ok, but is It just me? It seems like there's a new pair of runners/trainers/sneakers for every outing. Even the soles weren't dirty - and that's often the case. I don't care what they're made of - maybe wear the same shoes you wore to the last sporty event?

Finally, Sophie's rose-pink-nude-lace frock is ok. But she needs middle-aged lady upholstery. That's not a dig - I'm only a few years younger than Sophie (just googled to check), and increasingly I'm looking to sturdy undergarments on a big day out.

Each woman to her own, of course... but I like the idea of feeling like I look good, and putting to bed any whispers of that particular criticism. OTH, maybe Sophie doesn't give a fat rat's patootie ... and that's also completely fine.

I've felt Kate's hair has been getting bigger and bigger lately and it's starting to look a bit silly, though if she likes it then that's all that really matters.

I liked Kate's shoes, have a similar pair myself but with pastel colours on the stripes. Liked the green on her but not sure if the top and the trousers really went well together.

Hated Sophie's green dress 🙈 that shiny fabric looks like it would burst into flames if it went anywhere near a heat source.

Kate definitely used hair extensions early on, but it appears to me she uses a hair piece that’s known as a wiglet, which is much gentler on the hair and has the advantage of only being used when needed.

I know what you mean about upholstery @DevonUkelele. Mathilde of Belgium is the same and often wears dresses that are just a fraction too small and every bra or tights bulge can be seen. I can't imagine that's very comfortable - there's no shame in either investing in better "upholstery" or going up a size!

Have to say am bored with Harry and MM. will be more impressed when they actually start working with charities in a seriously dedicated way. Guess that will happen when the maternity leave is up.
