I always love threads where people recommend things. I love exploring new stuff: ideas.
On the back of a thread a short time back I invested in some hourglass ambient lighting powder and blush and they’re game changers for me as I basically can’t go wrong and they make a huge difference to my face.
Face exercises too- suddenly my hollow under eye area is plumping up and I look loads better even though I shouldn’t ( thick with cold and menopausal lack of sleep)

Innoluxe leave in conditioner has changed my dry frizzy hair to sleek hair in a matter of days.

Beauty Pie serums and retinols, vitamin c cream and spf. It's a subscription based thing but you see what you'd pay if we're paying for the big marketing campaigns behind it and fancy packaging.

No- I just pay as normal. It’s very simple.

This thread is an education! What’s the story with tretinoin? It’s for acne, right but also good for wrinkles? Wrinkles are now my concern! Hmm

Can you get it without a prescription?

I wish I could find something to help with my straight, shoulder length hair. It is very fine but there is lots of it. If I use nothing it is all puffy and frizzy, if I use even conditioner it feels really weighed down and lank. I can't find a happy medium

BigButtons have you tried Keihl’s amino acid shampoo? It’s really moisturising and smoothing but silicone free so doesn’t weigh the hair down. Years ago I used to use the conditioner too, which is also good, but these days the shampoo alone is enough for me.

Bumble and Bumble prep spray is also very good as a light leave in conditioner that smoothes the flyaways.

@Nogoodwithgoodbyes the stuff I get is prescription strength th§t's what I get it abroad because you can't get it in the uk without a script.
There are lower strength retinals that you can get in products over her.
Retin A improves skin thickness .

I bought the Chanel cream bronzer yesterday (you apply it with a big brush just like powder bronzer) and I'm very impressed with it so far. Really warms up the face and creates a lovely glow.

@Bloomburger I'm interested in this. How do you use it? My hair is naturally dark brown but has henna on. ( very tempted).
