Lip filler, how much? Pic included

I've tired to take a 'pouty' picture Blush

Basically, I'm wanting a bit more 'lip' on my upper lip. The bottom one seems fine to me, naturally, but it's just the top.

I know someone who's been recommended countless times and I've decided to go for it.

Could anyone guide me on how much I'd need for a very subtle look?

Thanks so much!

You look amazing, you have beautiful brows, you have beautiful everything!!

sleepingkat2020 · 21/12/2019 21:12

start with 0.5ml. if you go in with 1ml you will look like a fish as it will be too noticeable.

DariaMorgendorffer · 21/12/2019 21:16

You are absolutely gorgeous. Honestly. I wouldn't bother!

gypsywater · 21/12/2019 21:16

Your eyebrows are very thick!
0.5ml will give you the look to lips you are after.

DariaMorgendorffer · 21/12/2019 21:17

Also not against injectables! But my god - you don't need them imo.

Fairylea · 21/12/2019 21:18

I love your eyebrows.

Jimjamjooney · 21/12/2019 21:18

I love your eyebrows OP. You don't need filler bit if you do want it I'd recommend the consultant clinic again. Fabulous non trout pouty looks and they avoid the ridge. Check them out on Instagram if you have it.

puds11 · 21/12/2019 21:21

You look amazing! And your eyebrows are fine Hmm From the way your lips are when you smile I think if you had filler it would make them look very unnatural and pull up towards your nose (unless this is what you’re going for?). I vote leave it. Get a good lip liner and lipstick.

damnthatanxiety · 21/12/2019 21:22

You have a very pretty upper lip roll. The light line along the top of your upper lip. It's very desirable as it gives you a natural pout and youthful highlighted effect. It can be ruined with fillers. Please think twice before messing about.

ReturnofSaturn · 21/12/2019 21:24

Your top lip isn't thin at all!! Even when smiling!! So no I wouldn't get it done in your case.

I've been pondering it myself. But my lip is nothing like yours! Mine is much thinner!!

FabulouslyGlamorousReindeer · 21/12/2019 21:26

@MustardScreams, Nah, it's fine to take the piss out of women who overinflate their lips. It might make them feel sufficiently ridiculous to stop being such vacuous dickheads.

It's shocking and needs to stop - it symbolises all that is wrong with the world when 'Chelcee' from school does an course and proceeds to bastardise every young girl in the towns faces!

FabulouslyGlamorousReindeer · 21/12/2019 21:26

@knightorpray don't do it!

Kathyskonfessions · 21/12/2019 21:29

I also love your eyebrows!
This is probably a very stupid question (so apologies in advance) but what happens when lip fillers dissolve; would it cause skin on lips to sag as the skin was stretched?

MustardScreams · 21/12/2019 21:35

@FabulouslyGlamorousReindeer no, it really isn’t.

People have things done for all sorts of reasons. You don’t know why. Being a cunt about it doesn’t make you a better person.

Winter2019 · 21/12/2019 21:36

I would loooove to have your lips! Sace your money!

Winter2019 · 21/12/2019 21:36

SpeckledyHen · 21/12/2019 22:01

DO NOT DO IT . You are beautiful.

FabulouslyGlamorousReindeer · 21/12/2019 22:03

Not a cunt @MustardScreams 😁 just a mother of teenage girls who are conflicted by the nonsense around them.

But saying that, when I see perfectly beautiful women like the OP querying whether to have lip fillers - maybe it does bring out my inner cunt!

MustardScreams · 21/12/2019 22:05

@FabulouslyGlamorousReindeer I do get what you’re saying!! Apologies for my language Blush

I just get frustrated at women being dragged down for their choices that don’t affect a single other person. It’s not ok.

Notsure94 · 21/12/2019 22:11

Avoid it you are a natural beauty and this fad is on the way out. Think of the new teen trend to be natural and outdoorsy.

Surbitonsam · 21/12/2019 22:12

Please don't do lip filler - you are absolutely gorgeous. Repeat after me: No to lip filler!

BlackSwan · 21/12/2019 22:13

Lip filler always looks tacky and obvious. Don't do it.

FabulouslyGlamorousReindeer · 21/12/2019 22:13

I'm sorry too @MustardScreams (I was being a bit cunty tbf) 😊

It just makes me really sad how women try and emulate TOWIE types and (IMO) ruin their faces. I'm sure some fillers look great, and they are the ones I wouldn't even notice.

doodoodoodoodoolittlelulu · 21/12/2019 22:31

Leave your face alone. It's fine as it is. My top lip is far thinner than yours. Don't mess with what you have, which is a nice smile. It's not worth it. These things can go so wrong. I shaved my eyebrows off at 17 and they never grew back. Fucked up lips are something you can't fix with make up. If it ain't broke...

zen1 · 21/12/2019 22:40

In this instance, I wouldn’t listen to your friends. Maybe it’s just a case of them wanting you to join their club and they don’t see why you wouldn’t as they think fillers are great. But seriously, you don’t need to!
