I nearly tried a headband on yesterday, and had to remind myself that I’m not a beautiful princess, nor am I otherwise well-dressed it groomed, and thus I would look flipping silly in one.

Getting definite Boleyn vibes off that CPM number, I’m torn but it. I sort of like it, I think? It’s a good colour for her, anyway.

Ah sure she'd look great in a paper bag. Both she and DoC can carry that loook off, I think it's because they both look so natural in hats and headbands of that type are hat-esque.

That’s very true, banivani. I guess they get so much hat wearing practice that it just feels normal to them and they know what suits them!

DIL bought some pretty headbands. Looked lovely with her christmas type dress on a night out last week. I think you need to wear the whole look, not to be worn with casual gear. Primark have some I think.

The Swedish Queen is wearing a nude and gold dress - I don't think she looks as good as usual as it all looks a bit beige - I prefer her in bright and jewel colours

She's favouring paler colours with age it seems. I love CPV:s dress, what are you on about! It's super cool, I love a statement!

Tiara fans may note that Sofia is wearing the green emerald one but the emeralds are swapped for turquoises. She's worn them with pearls before.
