I think it is largely genetics .. do things like sun screen, water, diet, yoga etc really help?

I look around 10 years younger than I am. I think it's more about a good hair cut, and knowing what clothes suit you I don't have a particular skin care routine, I use make up remover at night, wash with dove soap and use cheap moisturizer

I think that is why many people are taken for younger. I think everyone looks younger/healthier now due to knowing not to smoke or sunbathe.

She looks her age imho ... there a lot of women who look good for their age these days. I think it is a lot to do with clothes hair and make up. I have longish blonde hair and I think if I let my grey hair grown in I would look older.

I used to think I looked much younger than my age but in daylight, those wrinkles really show!

Almost 50 and always asked for ID.
I'm black and even other black people think I'm in my twenties as I don't have a single wrinkle.
On the downside my SIL's hate me because I'm really beautiful as well.

Sunscreen every day. I don’t sunbathe or smoke. Oily skin and my face is chubby.
