No sign of the baby yet. DIL thinks they got her due date wrong, but if nothing happens she is booked for induction next Friday. I'm away on hols on Thursday so I'm packing my ca ron Wednesday ready to travel up as soon as I come back I have an unbelievable amount of baby stuff to take up to them!!!

Was thinking of you all yesterday as I had a lazy day at home wearing these white company velvet trousers. I wanted to share their lushness

They are a distinctly different look to what you linked Marsha! I wouldn't have a hope in hell of carrying that look well!

My Rains coat arrived and is getting its first wear today - apparently there is a weather warning! So far I love it. It looks really smart as it has a belt and it covers my bum and mid thighs. It isn't warm but it's slightly oversized so will be good for layering, I need to try it with my Uniqlo ultra light down jacket.

Dream baby must be here now?! I was 10 days late going into labour with DS and he took another 2 days to arrive. Hopefully it all works out well with your holiday :)

Am pleased that knee length boots are featuring heavily this A/W - have never really stopped wearing them so I guess 2 years ago I was looking 'dated', last winter, ahead of the curve and this autumn, bang on trend . Anyway, wore black suede boots (Next or Clarkes or M&S, cba to go & check) with Cos wool and silk dress plus my 'big coat' Seasalt janelle

We're off to sunnier climes in a couple of days so thinking about what to pack as weather could be changeable.

MrsM too funny! As a classic dresser that about sums up my fashion experience. I am bang on trend roughly every 3/4 years. Any more than that would feel slightly odd.

This evening I am doing s fantastic impression of a drowned rat. Pity, because I got complimented today wearing this hotsquash dress with R&B wedge boots. However the most exciting thing to happen to me today is I found my Boodles cluster earrings. They’re £10k and have been missing for 4 months so I was getting slightly perturbed., but found them this morning at the bottom of my Alaia handbag with a whole load of rubbish!!

MrsM stil waiting on baby. we go on hol on Thursday so I"ll be a grandma by the time I come back. i've got my bag packed to jump in the car as soon as we come home.
