Sotd is Marina Barcenilla Perfume Garden. Curiously in cooler weather it's more resinous and less floral. A bit of a shape shifter.

STD is Killer Rose, which I misread initially as Kitten Rose! Poor choice of font... Not too sweet, so I'm reconsidering my ambivalence to 4160.

I had an awful day too. On the other hand, this arrived:

Calm I'm so sorry, I totally forgot about the meeting up. It's just too far for me to make it from the midlands for that time. I'm also in sole charge of kids as DH is away for the next three weeks. So it would be pretty impossible to go anyway. I do hope the ones who make it all have a lovely time and sniff lots of lovely perfumes.
@MaudBaileysGreenTurban Unbelievable is totally brilliant. The characters are really plausible. I'm rooting for the first victim to realise she was fobbed off, but her confusion and puzzlement is so understated and well done. I think I've got 2 more episodes to go.

2 questions, if I may. Is there an easy guide to how to describe perfume? So far, my descriptions are 'nice' or 'not nice'. What's the easiest way to learn the language? And, how do you store & remember all your perfumes, testers in particular? Mine are all jumbled in a box, so when I pull one out, I sometimes struggle to remember what it smells like. Is there a more methodical way of storing them?

All of the Profumum Roma perfumes are 3 ml Decants to try them. But even the 3 MLS last as they're very concentrated.
The Private Collection has a story to it. Bought a bottle of it in Malaysia only to find when we had left the country they had given me the wrong one - Tuberose which I intensely dislike.I was so mad. So I sold it on eBay a couple of days ago and bought this instead.
The Apercu is a totally blind buy as I'm a real Oakmoss lover. So I may love it or hate it. It's meant to be a truly beautiful Chypre and my bottle dates from pre-2004.
