mid sexiest scent is 4160 Tuesdays perfume "the sexiest scent on the planet. Ever." It's soft and warm and sweet - i find it really comforting but for me the sexiest bit comes from the fact you need to get quite close to smell it. Yum.

Lots how cute and you have prompted me to post that we are all training our offspring well, DD1 has just got a job in a Beauty Hall selling...perfume Sadly not eligible for staff discount yet (I know that was everyones' first thought too )

Hope everyone is Ok, I'm sure there are a few Perfumistas MIA! It's definitely the time of year for lurgy etc. However we can all look forward to Winter perfumes (just typing that makes me feel excited) and lovely warm scarves smelling of 1000 scents

Mid I'm sorry about your friend, he sounds lovely. If you don't feel right selling them, if you have decants I would be happy to give a charity donation, to your choice, or one he supported, in return maybe? The perfume sounds gorgeous.

Hello all. Very pleased to hear about the mini-perfumistas

SOTD is Tauerville Vanilla Flash. Rich and spicy, more patchouli-rose than vanilla really but lovely nonetheless. I am feeling a wee bit delicate after a night out yesterday, so am going to spend the day napping on the sofa and drinking lots of tea...I can't take hangovers anymore!

I wore Mitsouko out last night and even my anti-perfume friend who hates everything except Acqua di Gio asked what the wonderful smell was

judy, you can still get AdG on ebay but it costs a small fortune. It's not my cup of tea at all but she loves it.

Pleased to also report DD has secured Xmas retail job selling perfume . Our kids must be slaying at interview

We're all in our comfort scents at the moment.
L'Occitane Eau d 'Iparie is my perfume today. Yes, it's warm, ambery and incensey .
It feels cold here and this week has been horrible so far.
Let's hope it gets better.

I've got the vintage on and it's Frankincense & Myrrh but also sheer and slightly green with it. It's such an unusual perfume. One that's been relaunched, but still smelling very similar to the vintage, whilst incorporating quite different notes

Well, while we're on the subject of mini-perfumistas...ds told me this evening that he is going to write an essay over half-term about the media language of perfume ads. There are half-empty bottles of fragrance all over his room...I think he is definitely an addict

SOTD has been Feu Follet. Not worn this for yonks and had forgotten how darn lovely it is. It's a soft spicy leather, warmer and sweeter than I remember, really fab for a dull damp grey day.

Did you go for the Azuree in the end Teta?

Maud, should you spot Richard James Saville Row (green/amber ombre box) in TK Maxx, it is a great buy for fans of Feu Follet.
