True, I'd forgotten that about the Spencers. But he's kept those visits under the radar. I'm impressed! It's not like Cape Town is some isolated luxury island where a certain amount of privacy can be provided.

I read that a couple of weeks ago too. I didn’t read it widely; so I wasn’t sure it was true. Where did you read it @queenofarles ?

I also agree she was a terrible choice.
Hopefully the new Private Secretary who is a former diplomat will be more effective.

I could only see a DM article about it but they haven't resigned. They've just stood down from their director roles for the charity - apparently they had to be temporarily appointed directors for legal reasons.
