SOTD is Vanilla Flash and the sample of Incense Flash from my perfumista swap recently. They aren't half cosy worn together!

So sick of this weather, dying to wear the Very Valentino Buffy kindly sent me but it would be lost in the cold and rain I think. I am a big fan of Tokyo Spring Blossom- if no one else wanted it I would take it, but as I've already had the Valentino from you this week I think someone else should have a chance!

Heads up for those who get Feelunique samples--they have a couple of new things. Guerlain Santal Royal, and Tom Ford oud Wood & Orchid Soleil. Have just ordered

SOTD is Cristalle .
It's still very cold n wet. Had to have 6 injections into my gums today at dentist .

SOTD is Chanel No18. Turkish delight with pencil shavings from those big rotary pencil sharpeners we had in primary school, so woody metallic. It's still got that Chanel fizz but it's a cuddly Chanel rather than sparkling.

Cristalle is gorgeous Teta. That was my first Chanel perfume. My DM bought me it for me.
I hope your poor gums feel better soon. You are brave as dentists make me faint.

Sotd was HdP Hemingway one, I don't know if it's the weather but all I got from it today was cloves! Think I might shower and put some by the fireplace on for the evening. Want something cosy!

I'm also in the no Avon fragrance camp and I've also never tried any 4160 Tuesday's. I find the amount of choice too overwhelming, I can't cope with the likes of starbucks and subway either!

Forgot to put any perfume on this morning (must be losing my touch, that's two days in a row!) So SOTD was Close to my Heart which lurks in my desk drawer at work. I am getting quite fond of it even though it's not exactly interesting - just your standard white-flower bomb really.

Now struggling home in the grim weather. Might go for By The Fireplace this evening if everyone else is

SotD Vetiver Insolent. The garden is lovely and green but I'm cold! The heating came on yesterday evening for the first time in months and I'm wearing socks and a jumper. Brrrrrrr.

buffy DP went to bed before me last night - I don’t work on Wednesdays so tend to stay up later - and when I went through to pick up my (sexy) night guard, he was still awake because he was so cold. I earned major points by bringing him a hot water bottle.

Torrential again here tonight. Forecast says it doesn't end until Monday . Off to find hot water bottle - excellent idea.

SotD Roads Graduate 1954 - this is a good oriental, and I have confirmed my initial view that this is somewhere between Habanita (new formula) and Chinatown.

SotE is Soir de Paris. Not one of my better eBay buys as it was listed as vintage, but I am pretty sure it is the post-1992 reformulation. The opening is like a bigger, crasser L'Heure Bleue (good for fans of powdery violets), the base is different though - think I get hints of Tabu?

SOTD is Freeway again, despite the rainy weather. It still works well, actually -- the sweet side comes out more.

Our heating came on this morning and I was properly horrified. It's June!

I'm fine today though tooth and gums are still very sore. I was only having a temporary cap in as on as my old one half broke off . The drilling was painful so after the initial three injections she had to do three more and there was lots of moving the needle about in the gum. I've never had that before and had a stressful morning before hand .
