Hello all - I feel behind the times again
. Loving hearing about all your buys and potential buys. And also the random advice on clothes dying and DVT. What a lot of skills and knowledge we have, combined
- such a lovely thread....
I'm considering whether I want to buy anything at the end of Feb, and I think I do...so it seems I haven't cured my clothes addiction at all. I love the oakland mint top that cherries and doors have (and soups and ella are considering?) and also those stripey canvas trainers. And I'll probably try the blue santana and cami too, and possibly the short-sleeved shirt in the same blue - that colour is so lovely and happy. I'm also seriously considering this jumpsuit laska, I blame you and the 15% off It looks so wafty and comfortable. Please talk me out of it. (Not sure the colour will suit me, but it is lovely).
soups - I'm so glad your DD is feeling a bit better and that you have a plan going forward. That will take some pressure off for all of you. And good comments from len too!
I really like that red tie dress too. I think because it has the split it won't feel like a "long" dress if you see what I mean. Again, the colour is lovely am not adding that to next week's shopping list, oh no
huff - glad you have got some lovely things in your recent parcel
. i think if you're not 100% sure about the jeans you're right to send them back. I find hush jeans a bit of a mixed bag, to be honest. Though there aren't any that I love love, I do have a couple that are pretty nice (the frayed star ones from the summer - which I really should think about bringing back out, and some light denim cropped ones), and a couple that are OK and kept because they fit a jeans hole at the time and were cheap. But recently I have tried a few which have been a truly awful fit on me... "Consistency - we've heard of it"...
soy - I'm so glad you had a lovely holiday, though it probably seems like a long time ago already! And hope your DH has recovered. And also your DS - as you say, still early days.
cherries - I really hope today goes (went?) well and you get the thumbs up! Your new wardrobe sounds like it is shaping up nicely...and glad you're sleeping a bit better. Must be a huge weight off your mind I guess, as well as physically
so having that worry taken away must be helping your sleep...
laska - hope the boiler repair isn't too ££££. Don't they know you need the money for important things?! Am excited on your behalf for the toast delivery....but yy, they take aaaaaaages.
