I also really liked Music Festival, Flower Market and Promenade in the Gardens from the MMM set (as well as BTF and LSM). So, imo, worth the relatively limited outlay.

SOTD is Vanilla Flash. I wish I got a bit more of the tobacco in this, but the Tauervilles are fabulous value, well worth investigating.

SOTD is Aromatgerapy Associates Deep Relax bath oil. I really like MMM Beach Walk, although obviously it is a summer scent. I have full bottles of Fireplace and Sunday. I know I am getting the full sample set for my birthday in February and expect to like Music Festival and the lipstick one.

Untitled is the best of Maison Martin Margiela for me. I like Beach Walk too, but it's close to Sel Marin, which is better.

SoTD is Equistrius (PdE). It's iris and cocoa and leather, and I am very fond of it. I wish PdE was more widely sold and came in smaller bottles, as I would instantly buy at least three or four in 15ml sizes: Eau Suave, Cuir Ottoman, Equistrius and another Ambre Russe is great but very beefy.

Put a full stop before Ambre, please, then it reads as I meant.

SOTD mostly chlorine after swimming with DCs this morning, then found a tester of 4160s Rosa Ribes in the car when I was heading to the supermarket so had a spray of that, v cheerful for a grotty winter's day. I like it but it reminds me of a powder puff I had when I was a young girl, which puts me off a bit!

That replica sample set is very tempting and I do have some vouchers I could spend...

SotD Herba Fresca but not quite right for a bad tempered Sunday (DD1 is in that hormonal tweenie stage and being a bit of a pain poor thing, very easily upset and stressed about SATs already). Think we'll need to chill out on the sofa together in a bit.

Fennel, I was wearing Creamy Vanilla Crumble today. It has a squidgy liquorice note on me, as well as the creamy vanilla. Very warming and comforting for winter.

I'd been perusing the fragrancesample site just this afternoon and have a basket full of lovely things. I normally get my fix on smelling new things with a few hours in liberty, but it's such a faff to trek there while I'm not at work. Going to hold off buying anything until after the 4160 sale and see what damage that did... (although I have already ordered a tonka 25 sample direct from Le Labo as I can't get it out of my head. FREE SHIPPING! Even on samples).
