Those 2 Kate dresses are definitely different material and I would say colour but that could be the light I don't even think the collars are the same.

@grumbleBumble - I don't know what it is about the first term of the new year. The adjustment to going up a year? But my DS, and all his friends, are absolutely exhausted by Christmas every year. So George may feel the same.

Changing the subject from clothes to flowers, but therefore within the realm of beauty, taste, creativity and creating a beautiful environment, I read that David Austin the breeder of gorgeous English Roses has died at 92. He bred more than 230 Roses but some of my favorites are Graham Thomas a famous yellow rose and Munstead Wood and William Shakespeare 2000, both deep burgundy reds.

He was famous for combining the beauty of the old style roses with many petals, with the hardiness and color of modern roses, many retaining fabulous fragrance. I am sure many of you who love gardening have his roses in your gardens.

What a beautiful legacy to leave, thank you David for all the beauty you created and left the world ❤.

Ida I absolutely love Munstead Wood too. I have one in my garden and it reminds me of one grandma had in hers. I had no idea David Austin was that age.

Has Kate cut her hair a bit shorter or is it just the photo angle?

Given there has been discomfortiture in the past between Sofia and Letizia, it appears to be a reconciling gesture to see Letizia in wearing her MILs dress.
As a pp said, if Meghan borrowed some of Kate’s maternity wear, it would be such a diplomacy coup and kudos to them both for recycling.
However looking through Kate’s pregnancy wardrobe there is nothing which would suit Meghan...

Thank you all for your messages about ds. I'm very touched, especially as I'm not a regular poster on here. Nothing to add! But I enjoy the threads very much and I'm going to enjoy sleeping in my own bed tonight. Shame our new electric blanket doesn't work.

Kate looks stunning in that picture Curly when she nails it she really nails it, her clothes always fit her so beautifully, I think she has an easier figure to dress than Meghan, clothes just seem to sit right on Kate though I’m sure tailoring to fit helps.
