@dontcallmelen I'm ok providing I don't speak too much - otherwise I erupt into an uncontrollable coughing fit. My chest feels a bit tight. Hoping a couple days of rest and keeping warm will see me right. Kids are over the moon I'm not at work, middle DS tried to score a day off with me today with 'a sore arm' - he tried to persuade me that a pyjama day with Mum would see him right. Needless to say unfortunately for him he got marched off to school anyway so he was a bit sulky at drop off.

Ella definitely keep warm & try & rest as much as you can, lol at ‘sore arm’.
I think I might have some sort of bug, feel really sick & cold back with a vengeance feeling very very sorry for myself, hope you feel better soon.

Love that dress @twosoups1972, i might keep an eye on that and see if it gets reduced in the sale, monsoon used to always do 50% off in the sale, I don't know if they still do as I've not shopped there for a while, the one near me closed.

My Hush parcel is a fail. All being returned except for the £10 green bracelet. Nothing was terrible “per se” just meh and didn’t spark a feeling of fabulousness so I’m ordering other things instead and let’s see if I feel the Hush love next time...

I have a hush parcel. Bloomsbury dress is huge. Too oversized. Too long. Feel like id borrowed it from a grown up and that’s in an 8. Wide leg trousers look like a possibility. Need to try when I’m not wearing leggings underneath.

Yes the thing with my parcel was it was too much black! How much black does a girl need? The chiffon starry shirt is lovely but honestly can’t see getting much wear out of it and for £70 it didn’t make sense. The black dress is okay but nothing outstanding either.

@Ellapaella I had the exact same thing last week. I had no voice for about 3 days! Lemsip with some honey stirred in seemed to help a bit. Hope you're feeling better today.

@SoyYo so sorry that Ds is still having some problems, so tough when they are trying to find a way to deal with what’s bothering them I hope he can get some resolution very soon.

Porpoise did laugh at the borrowed from a grown up, thats the thing that does annoy me about hush sizing sometimes, it verges on the ridiculous sometimes, shame though hopefully trousers will be better.

Hush bashing over a pair of trainers that are not even Hush! 😳
Those 90's style trainers are everywhere at the moment, it's hardly a unique trend.
There was a thread recently about a very similar pair of trainers and everyone was gushing about how lovely and on trend they were!

What are the January Hush sales usually like @neveradullmoment99? The first thing I bought this year was the Florence skirt in the sale, that was in February I think.

Not sure when and where the hush sample sales are . As for their online sales, yes they are pretty good. They reduce and then reduce again. They also add old stuff from years ago that they try and flog and sometimes if you have been after something from a few years ago, you can pick it up. It is variable though. Some things are a good reduction
