What do people hope to receive in the rest of the days?

I'd like a hand cream and a lipstick. Possibly a nice day moisturiser too.

I'd really like a primer or a serum.

Writersblock2 · 16/12/2018 15:04

Bronzer or highlighter!

cuppycakey · 16/12/2018 15:19

A nice brown or gold eye colour would be good.

I can never have too much hand cream.

No primers please - I only ever use Benefit Porefessional. Nothing else fills the craters in my nose Sad

BollockingBaubles · 16/12/2018 15:53

My dog knocked my boxes over yesterday and I thought today's was empty or had false eyelashes in because of the clue when putting them back, pleased it was an eyeliner that was just wedged in a way that when I shook the box it didn't move.

I use a mixture of gel pencil eyeliner and most recently Kat Von D's liquid waterproof eyeliner for the waterline. This one feels hard and really dragged on the lid, seems ok on lower lash line and subtle colour rather than jet black. I'll have to try it a bit more to decide if I love it.

Future items I'd like to see are eyeshadows, blush, lippies, bronzer or highlighter. Brow products would be welcome too.

I have a feeling there's gonna be mainly more skincare though.

Almostthere15 · 16/12/2018 16:36

I don't wear eyeliner so this will be regifted i suspect. I was pleased with the gloss too, it wasn't as orange on.

I'd like eye colour. A hand cream would always be welcome too.

Milly848 · 16/12/2018 16:49

Brow products would be good, but the problem is everyone has different colour needs

Oooh. I'd like hand cream and a bronzer or highlighter. And a brow product Grin

MeetOnTheSIedge · 16/12/2018 17:15

Handcream, eyeshadow, nail treatment would all be good. I do use brow products but agree that it would likely be wasted for many as chances are the colour would be wrong.

Milly848 · 16/12/2018 17:56

I've enjoyed a lot of this year's products, but unsure if I'll buy any of them. Last year I loved the Korres night cream and the Alpha H stuff.

I wore the eyeliner today and it looks nice, quite a soft dark graphite colour. I wear a lot of dark liner so will get lots of use out of this.
I’ve loved the skin care and having had a very limited care routine previously it has already made me consider investing in some nice products in the new year.

ajandjjmum · 16/12/2018 18:28

I suppose there's less risk in the skincare, as anything with a colour is such a personal choice.

Milly848 · 16/12/2018 18:32

True. I like trying out new skincare as I tend to stick with cheap brands I already know.

I really like the lipgloss, very pleased with it.

LoniceraJaponica · 16/12/2018 19:52

I would also like a handcream. Last year most people said they would have liked one as well. there were a couple of primers last year. I am still using the first one. The other one hasn't been opened yet.

Penguins1 · 16/12/2018 20:15

Just put on the Percy and Reed product on my dry hair. And chilling with some tv. Will wash hair tmrw morning or tonight and see how it goes. I'm quite excited!

Doilooklikeatourist · 16/12/2018 20:23

Hoping for some handcream , or nail oil , but I’m very happy with my stash so far ❤️

AtSea1979 · 16/12/2018 20:52

I don’t use eyeliner but now I have this I might try to learn how to

playinthedarkness · 16/12/2018 20:52

Thought the lip gloss was very similar to Abh in parfait but more sheer , nice texture too for a gloss.
The eye liner has lasted well today still good on the lower lash line and upper lid flick but water line disappears almost instantly. Over all not bad.

Feawen · 16/12/2018 21:05

I was disappointed with the lip balm at first sight, but actually it doesn’t look orange on my lips, just shiny. I haven’t worn lip gloss since I was a teenager and I definitely wouldn’t have bought this but I’m quite enjoying wearing it.

The eye pencil is useful but not exciting, as pps have said. Unless it turns out to have exceptional staying power or something.

Milly848 · 16/12/2018 21:11

I've definitely noticed an improvement with my hair, not sure which product is responsible though

The P&R stuff has made my hair feel very soft but look quite fluffy,
I’m glad I didn’t go out today!

Flightywoman · 17/12/2018 07:13

Slightly disappointed with today's, we've already had an eye cream...

Another stocking filler then.

I'd love a neutral eyeshadow or some glittery stuff or a great lipstick. Or a really good make-up remover. Or a great make-up brush.

I am enjoying it but it is a bit repetitive.

ajandjjmum · 17/12/2018 07:17

I know what you mean Flightywoman - but then again, maybe the gods of M & S are looking at my eyes, and thinking you need all the help you can get! I shall finish using the first lot, and then move on to this one, to see if there is a noticeable difference.

Love looking forward to opening my calendar!
