Well I came out in an allergic reaction yesterday on my face, neck and decolletage. I'm not sure if it was the night cream or the decolletage cream but I'm a bit disappointed.
I have a gloss similar to the one today. I wear it over a peachy/natural benefit lipstick so I'm happy with today's because I know I'll use it.

HumberElla · 15/12/2018 09:45

Pleased with today, it’s a lovely sheer shade so goes with anything I’m wearing. I only have one other gloss and it’s pink, so this one will do nicely over the festive season.

Trills · 15/12/2018 09:47

Stop being cowards M&S, give us a RED!

All of the lip stuff we have had for the last 3 years has been either "pale pink" (one so pale that I looked DEAD) or "sheer".

It's CHRISTMAS.

PartTimePunk · 15/12/2018 09:50

Ugh. Pearlescent coral / orange lip gloss is a dud for me.

Despite the dodgy packaging I've had good results with the P&R hair treatment. Still prefer elasticizer as the P&R scent is exactly like Always scented towels Confused

Trills · 15/12/2018 09:51

You're right the liquid lipstick was not so much pale as a blue-toned pink, that's a more precise definition.

And the lip gloss last year was one that was deliberately stinging to "plump" your lips - I don't want makeup that hurts thanks very much.

Butterymuffin · 15/12/2018 09:58

I like the less bright shades. Red isn't what I'm looking for at all! But there you go. I loved last year's Stila too - it's missing somewhere in my house at the moment but worked really well for me.

Haworthia · 15/12/2018 10:01

I’m too cool toned for oranges, but this will be so sheer I’m sure it won’t matter. Haven’t worn lipgloss in years!

BlancheM · 15/12/2018 10:12

Mine is a pink with gold flecks. I'm not really into lip glosses anymore but at least this one will do some good once it's on as it's more of a lip treatment. Interesting product although not very exciting. I wouldn't have known it was worth £22 as I'm not familiar with the brand.

Skinfulnappies46 · 15/12/2018 10:30

Says it is a lip balm/ lip treatment. ..

Skinfulnappies46 · 15/12/2018 10:31

On the M&S website, only the one shade. Ok, will give it a go for non makeup days .

MrsWidgerysLodger · 15/12/2018 10:39

Orange/coral toned lip stuff here and it's really really not my colour at all. Still it's the first dud I've had so far so I can't complain too much I guess.

Trills · 15/12/2018 10:49

I am only complaining because there were TWO lip things last year and one this year and none of them have been anything I'd wear.
M&S does not like my lips.
In general I'm OK with the fact that not all the items will be something I'd want.

PartTimePunk · 15/12/2018 10:58

Bloody hell. I can't believe that it costs £22! I just tried it; it really doesn't suit me and the pearl effect is ageing (on me).

Haworthia · 15/12/2018 11:08

Were there two lip things last year? I can only remember the Stila lip stain.

JessicaJonesJacket · 15/12/2018 11:11

I finally tried the elasticiser this morning and my hair feels so silky and soft. I love it!
Much better results than I had with the P&R treatment. If anyone wants the P&R let me know and I'll post it to you. I only used it once so it's nearly full.

Richlyfruited · 15/12/2018 11:11

Loving the lip gloss! I don't wear lipstick as literally no colour suits me at all but this actually doesn't look too bad Smile

Am surprised at the price as the packaging makes it look cheap!

OHolyNightOwl · 15/12/2018 11:12

Definitely try on the lip gloss before getting rid of it. I'm wearing it over pink-red lipstick now and it looks and feels lovely.

Trills · 15/12/2018 11:16

Last year there was a blue-toned pink liquid lipstick, and a clearish gloss that stung to make your lips bigger.

SomethingAboutNothing · 15/12/2018 11:24

Has everyone got the same colour? I've got the Bellini colour and am surprised at the dislike for it, I think it's nice Confused

dingdang · 15/12/2018 11:27

I've either opened the wrong box in my excitement or I've been allocated something different as I have a different item - no lip gloss! I'm pleased with it but don't want to ruin the surprise if I did open the wrong thing!

dingdang · 15/12/2018 11:33

Yep just checked - I opened 16 this morning Blush

dingdang · 15/12/2018 11:35

So just opened 15 and it's a lip gloss. It feels nice on but not my colour. Agree a nice bright red or pinky rose would be better

Whisky2014 · 15/12/2018 11:46

Yeh i have the Bellini colour and i like it. Happy yet again!

Lumene · 15/12/2018 11:49

Peachy/orangey lip colours suit my colouring well so really pleased with this one. Nice to get some makeup!

slalomsuki · 15/12/2018 11:51

Not loving the lip gloss this morning as it's a weird colour on me despite the fact I normally go for coral coloured lip sticks.

Winners so far for me are the nail polish, nail file and the lip balm closely followed by the shower gel. I'm not really a body or face lotion lady as I do react to them and come out in hives but I have a teenage daughter who may get some as stocking fillers.
