Just seen the Oscar de la Renta dress, she looks fabulous!

My only gripe is that I think she would have looked even better wearing some sandals instead of court shoes. But what do I know, I liked the stripy dress! 

I’m on my own here but I wasn’t a huge fan of the Oscar dress though I can see its appeal. I think it is because I am large of hips and can’t wear them myself so I don’t like full skirts. I think you have to be rake thin for them which she would be if she wasn’t pregnant. I loved the blue dress though. I like simple plain styles. She is an incredible woman to still be standing never mind smilibg!

Just catching up and Meghan is definitely watching in on this thread. I mean so far she’s avoided fitted top and full skirt then tonight she knocks it out of the park with that!! I love a good Oscar de la Renta- I don’t actually think I’ve seen a bad one yet!!!

This is the best I think she's looked. This dress and her reception dress are the only dresses of hers I've liked. She looks gorgeous, and it fits!!!

Not Meghan related, but The last of the Queen's corgis has died
I'm not a dog person myself, but given her position, I can imagine she took a lot of comfort from her animals.
She stopped breeding them a few years ago as she didn't want any left after she dies.
I think I am more sad about the concept that the Queen is probably less than a decade away from passing...

The bird dress was very apt for the Geographic awards. Very pretty.

Here's a slideshow of the Queen's best fashion moments - she certainly has had her share of glamour, and some of her outfits weren't that dissimilar to what Kate and Meghan wear today. She's been around so long she's seen fashion go full circle!
