Following on from the general royal style thread, which is fast filling up, here's one just to discuss today's outfits.

My predictions

I’m really hoping Fergie will look fabulous - <a class="break-all" href="http://go.mumsnet.com/?xs=1&id=470X1554755&url=goo.gl/images/Ex3BbE" target="_blank">teal or <a class="break-all" href="http://go.mumsnet.com/?xs=1&id=470X1554755&url=goo.gl/images/oiAQaV" target="_blank">forest green look good on her.

After Kate's recent trip to the V&A, I’m hoping for something a bit more adventurous than a pale blue or yellow coat dress. Sophie in blue or pink Wickstead, Meghan in navy and/or boat-neck. She and Victoria Beckham may end up in similar outfits.

The Queen in fuchsia, neon green or yellow, Ladies Sarah and Helen in something elegant and understated, Karen Spencer in a dress that’s spectacular but so tight she can’t breathe.

And of course Princess Anne in a dress she's owned since 1986 that still fits her perfectly!

love her and Edward though, met them at an event I was voluteering at a few years back and they were lovely. Their children are so polite.

Is anyone showing it other than ITV? Cannot bear the low-browness of it all. BBC are miles better at this sort of thing.

I wish they would explain what their connection to these celebs is, how would they know Robbie Williams?

@serenmoon, I guess it's not impossible they would've bumped into Robbie or David Beckham at events over the years, but how they know the likes of Ricky Martin or Demi Moore is more of a mystery.

Here come Anne's family and the Duke of Gloucester. Autumn in green, Zara in electric blue, Anne looking good in bright green. Spotted Sarah Chatto in pale pink but can't quite make out her whole outfit.
