Following on from the general royal style thread, which is fast filling up, here's one just to discuss today's outfits.

My predictions

I’m really hoping Fergie will look fabulous - <a class="break-all" href="http://go.mumsnet.com/?xs=1&id=470X1554755&url=goo.gl/images/Ex3BbE" target="_blank">teal or <a class="break-all" href="http://go.mumsnet.com/?xs=1&id=470X1554755&url=goo.gl/images/oiAQaV" target="_blank">forest green look good on her.

After Kate's recent trip to the V&A, I’m hoping for something a bit more adventurous than a pale blue or yellow coat dress. Sophie in blue or pink Wickstead, Meghan in navy and/or boat-neck. She and Victoria Beckham may end up in similar outfits.

The Queen in fuchsia, neon green or yellow, Ladies Sarah and Helen in something elegant and understated, Karen Spencer in a dress that’s spectacular but so tight she can’t breathe.

And of course Princess Anne in a dress she's owned since 1986 that still fits her perfectly!

Princess Anne's dress is an amazing colour.

Butterymuffin · 12/10/2018 10:26

Zara wearing a nice colour but dress looks quite matronly.

Haven't seen Anne in that green dress before!

DaisyBD · 12/10/2018 10:26

yes robbie chewing gum is vile.

love cara's outfit, and princess anne looks amazing

QueenOfTheAndals · 12/10/2018 10:26

Lady Helen Taylor looks so much like her mother years now. There's the Duke of Kent and the Duchess of Gloucester but no sign of the Duchess of Kent yet. She looks very frail and unwell at Harry's wedding, I thought.

Ooh, no Duchess of Kent.....

CurlyWurlyTwirly · 12/10/2018 10:27

Lord & Ladt Freddie Windsor. Shes quite spring like. Too pale

CurlyWurlyTwirly · 12/10/2018 10:27

Babriella Windsor looks good

Butterymuffin · 12/10/2018 10:27

Love that turquoise dress and wide brimmed hat. Think they said it was Lady Helen Windsor?

cathyandclare · 12/10/2018 10:27

Agree about Autumn and love Gabriella Windsor too, great hat

ChicagoLil · 12/10/2018 10:28

Love Meghan 's cost! And Kate is in pink.

QueenOfTheAndals · 12/10/2018 10:28

Meghan in navy! I predicted right! Kate in bright pink - another departure from her.

frugalkitty · 12/10/2018 10:28

Ooh Meg and Kate look fab!

Cornwall73 · 12/10/2018 10:28

Swift entry for Kate and Meghan!

Butterymuffin · 12/10/2018 10:28

Meghan in high necked navy. Liked the look of her hat. They slipped in quickly.

ChicagoLil · 12/10/2018 10:28

Coat!!! Navy coat

CurlyWurlyTwirly · 12/10/2018 10:28

God Meghan looked pregnant in the billowy navy thing. That was the only cheer. Kate looked fan in raspberry

PiperPublickOccurrences · 12/10/2018 10:29

Gabriella Windsor doesn't look very "dressed up".

Nice of Kate and Megs not to steal the bride's thunder, we barely saw them. Meghan in navy. Liked kate's bright pink.

BertramKibbler · 12/10/2018 10:29

Cambridges and Sussexes practically sprinted into church!

Cornwall73 · 12/10/2018 10:29

A bus!

HotWheels72 · 12/10/2018 10:29

Very quick entrance but I love Kate's brighter pink!

Butterymuffin · 12/10/2018 10:29

Argh how did I miss Kate! Probably typing on here

CurlyWurlyTwirly · 12/10/2018 10:29

Bridesmaids on the bus?

SillySallySingsSongs · 12/10/2018 10:29

Swift entry for Kate and Meghan!

Deliberetly according to ITV to not detract from the bride.

RainbowsArePretty · 12/10/2018 10:29

Glad Kate went for a colour! It may be a coat dress but it's a gorgeous colour

RainbowsArePretty · 12/10/2018 10:29

Didn't get a good look at Meghan but she always looks lovely in navy
