Laska or anyone in the know, can I dye a pair of light grey leather shoes 😬? Or can I make them darker another way?

I'd like to know the same.. I have a pair of tan leather boots I would like to turn black if possible

Okay answered my own question... Dylon leather dye is the answer!

Who knew?... @Laska5772 have you ever dyed shoes? any tips? I have a lovely pair of Art boots that I want to dye black.

@FannyAdmin having just done some internet research it looks like you use nail polish remover or leather deglazer to remove the top coat of colour from the item, leave it overnight then apply leather dye. I'm going to give it a go on some boots so can feed back. I've ordered the dye it should be here by this weekend.

cherries Hush sizing continues to be all over the place, glad I wasn’t the only one thinking why is the flower print Meghan smaller than the Zebra in the same size 12 and your comment on the Emmanuelle style confirms my suspicion regarding norkage. I remember advising someone in this thread if they’re above a 34E to forget it as they’ll get boob gap or they’ll need to size up and risk it being huge elsewhere.

In the end from AW I’ve kept wide v neck in Black, zebra skirt and long sleeve star T in petrol blue but still waiting for the 2 cashmere jumpers from the Brand Alley sale and Antibes gingham top, which I hope will be waiting for me on my return in 3 weeks.
I’m taking my work laptop and next week will probably do some work 2 or 3 days but that is it till month end!

Re leather dye no I've never attempted it but looking forward to seeing results .

Today wearing dandelion raw edge T and black white striped Sophia skirt both from last year .. ( skirt is exactly the same as this year s striped Marina )

Have a great time, soy. I will also be back in Spain on Saturday. . My tech crisis was my small MacBook Air was playing up, and I also need to do a couple of client telecons while I’m away, but thankfully the Genius fixed it. When I come back, my requirements will be a decent winter coat and something to wear on my special unicorn feet, but neither of these will be hush purchases. Everything from yesterday has gone back apart from the practical basic stuff such as Aimies, raglan tops, leggings, which are all replacements for stuff I wear a lot but are now too big. I still have the zebra skirt here, and will have another look at it today. I’m at home-Home and most of the better things I might style it with are at away-Home but will see if I can put something together. Otherwise it will also be returned before we leave at the W/e.

Ella and fanny One thing though , leather dye probably won't change stitch colour either so Tan boots dyed black will most certainly have tan stitches still..

cherries take your skirt to JL and try it on with things there ! Just try not to buy anything!

I've got a super fabric pen from Fenwicks in black that I think with sort the stitching although there isn't much so I think it'll be ok. Will report back when done.

Had an hour to myself this morning so been rummaging in the wardrobe planning outfits for autumn. Someone yesterday suggested he zebra skirt to be worn with red so tried that out, think it works? What do you all think?
Also jersey top works really well with coated leggings, both with heels (night out) and with my Ash high tops. Photos really don’t do justice to the jersey top I don’t think, it looks better in RL.
And lastly Harems with boots? Is it a Yay or nay? They are quite thin material so I thrive would need tights underneath for winter.
My earrings are due to be delivered today as well.

Ella the leggings & top combo looks great, not sure about the harems maybe good before it greats really cold, I think the skirt looks better with either a black or white top, but I don’t really like red so that maybe clouding my opinion.

The zebra skirt is gorgeous on you, Ella, and looks fabulous with red. Where’s the red top from? And where do you have the zip on the skirt? Your ruffling bit looks as if it’s at a side? I put zip to left side and ruffles at the front, but looking at yours, do you have the zip at the back? (Considers I may have made an amateur error here!)

Looked at the other pictures now I love how you’ve styled the harems, and the coated leggings are fab with the shoes and that top. Honestly,Hush should haveyou under contract. You are beautiful.

Yes the harems are perhaps a little bit in the MC Hammer territory.
I've also been trying to get my wide cropped trousers and harems work for me with trainers but the truth is I just don't think I really suit trainers or flat shoes.. my ankles are just too chunky and I have no definition between my foot and my leg so it just looks wrong.
I've been googling cropped wide trousers and all I can find is images of models and Instagrammers wearing them with heels. Which looks nice but too dressy for out of an office.
I think I'll have to stick to what I know works for me- chunky boots or heels. I know brogues and loafers are very trendy at the moment but they are just not me.

Re the skirt. I've been putting the zip at the back and it ruffles and ruches to the side.
I really like the red with it too.. think it adds a nice bit of colour.

Oops. I shall unpack my skirt and try again! Not sure why I put them to the front, never even considered putting them to the side till I saw yours.

May be me that's made the error cherries.. I just presumed that the zip was at the back as it's similar to my Florence skirt! I think you are right looking at the pictures of the models in it though!

Omg I can’t believe I’m still shopping for this wedding honest opinions shall I stick to the £9.99 dress I bought in the first place? Ive got it on with the comfiest sandals ever now, do I need a tan? I thought i could wear these with the hush dresss if I bought them in mustard

I like both each. Maybe just a hint of false or gradual tan on your pins and you're good to go.
