If a fault is found within the first six months retailers have one opportunity to repair or replace any faulty goods.
If this doesn’t resolve the issue, they are required to give a full refund or a price reduction if consumers choose to keep the goods, without deducting any amount for use, unless it is a motor vehicle.
Remember, if you are offered a credit note or gift voucher instead of a full refund you do not have to accept it.

neveradullmoment99 · 02/09/2018 15:59

If you have lost the receipt all you have to do is provide proof of purchase, such as a credit card statement.

Ellapaella · 02/09/2018 16:12

Ooh thank you @neveradullmoment99 I will certainly email them!

Huffthepuff · 02/09/2018 16:22

Has anyone ordered the Keira culottes? I've just received some black cropped trousers from ASOS which are surprisingly flattering and comfortable but hideously cheap fabric. I'm wondering if the Keira's could work as an alternative? Although I will probably keep the ASOS ones too as I think I might get a lot of wear out of them Grin
Having to accept that I'm actually a size 12 in trousers now, do we know if they are true to size?

Huffthepuff · 02/09/2018 16:23

Also hoping they are properly wide legged and not in anyway tapered. I think it's the wideness that makes them flattering

Ellapaella · 02/09/2018 17:10

What shoes are you going to wear them with @Huffthepuff? I've just altered a pair of trousers into wide leg crops but not sure how to wear them in winter. Some style inspo would be great.
Have ordered some cropped wide leg jeans as well but they will be fine with trainers or sandals.

Ellapaella · 02/09/2018 17:10

Someone posted a pic of the Keira ones on the previous thread, can't remember who but they were very nice.

Laska5772 · 02/09/2018 17:21

I dont have Hush friends back Stamps foot ! Sad Angry

Laska5772 · 02/09/2018 17:47

Its been another fab and baking day here , I actually got a bit sunburnt ( on face ) yesterday at the (fab actually , even thought I did feel like I'd morphed into my mother ) NT gardens.. There were lots of young families here actually and out friends a couple -one slightly younger and one slightly older - have been going to NT houses and garden for several years .. so its just me wot is prejudiced!

have wearing star shorts again today and Boden vest top and have been gardening in them ! digging mostly and cutting back bramble so you see that I have no respect for my Hush clothes .. even less now I am hacked off with them about my lack of 'friends' delivery..

Well Stinky Poo Bum to them , if they dont answer my email and if i dont get it back .. I can always take my £££ elsewhere .

But I still want to talk to you lot!

cherries its just different body shapes suppose.. apart from my mahoosive norks (which I hate) I am straight up and down n but ours looked fine I thought..

soy Tbh I think that dress swamps you , I'm glad you have gone for the skirt, reckon it will look much better . also

porpoise u i had seem the Oasis dress but it a o has frills ! and right at my widest point them ruddy norks again Sad

primal i cant really see the colour on my Pc , it looks grey black to me.. but if its the same all over is that ok? Im not really any expert on the process or results sadly Its all been an experiment here . have just bunged them in and given it a go . luckily for me its all turned out well

AFingerofFudge · 02/09/2018 17:49

Ok am going to try the photo on my phone again as am at work (on a break!) so can't use the desktop.
This is the embroidered raglan:

Ellapaella · 02/09/2018 18:03

You look great Fudge.. I love the raglan top too. Are you pleased? Both look really nice.

Nearlyadoctor · 02/09/2018 18:24

Laska I was thinking of asking PIL to give us NT membership for Christmas. I’m 47 so obviously no hope for me Grin I’d be pee’d off re Hush friends as well.
Today has been glorious here, spent the day walking with DH, Dd and the dog on Dartmoor so no Hush clothing in sight.
I feel we all know each other so well on here, we really ought to make an effort to meet up. Logistically an improbability I know but maybe late Spring in London?

Huffthepuff · 02/09/2018 18:25

Ah well done Ella, found the previous post by searching for 'Keira'. It brought up a lot of baby name threads but I got there in the end Grin
I think I will hold off for now and see how much I wear the ASOS ones. If they become an essential part of my wardrobe then I'll upgrade to a better pair.
Re. footwear I've been having the same thoughts. Tricky for cooler weather. If you are on Pinterest then a search for 'cropped trousers boots' brings up a myriad of options although mostly heels and very dressy which isn't my style too lazy
I actually think you might have the best solution in your plan to buy some DMs. I think they would look really great with wide leg crops. With some soft colours/knitwear on top to avoid looking too military.
In autumn/spring I will wear them with my silver Superga trainers or my tan avarcas... or Birkenstocks if it's hot I reckon

Laska5772 · 02/09/2018 18:35

Nearly that would be fun, (esp if it was their sample sale time) but what would we wear to recognise each other?

Nearlyadoctor · 02/09/2018 18:43

Would London be too far though for the likes of @Ella? Not meaning to single you out Ella but just know where you are based. I think it would be a really fun thing to do!

Ellapaella · 02/09/2018 18:57

@Nearlyadoctor both my sister and sister in law live in London so I can combine a Husheeta meet up with a visit to either of them. It would be great, I would actually love to do the sample sale or even meet up for a shop - Cos and Other Stories are both on my list of places to visit in London.

AFingerofFudge · 02/09/2018 18:57

Ooh there's some major Hush bashing going on on another thread! (The mint velvet thread in style and beauty). Some valid points but slightly cruel and unnecessary!

GinandGingerBeer · 02/09/2018 18:57

I've been hangover shopping. The on line variety Wink
http://www.boden.co.uk/en-gb/womens-shoes-boots/boots/a0282-blk/womens-black-pointed-stretch-boots

I've also got my eye on these https://www.johnlewis.com/fly-london-scop-triple-buckle-ankle-boots/black-patent/p3695574 they're nicer in RL

Would be great to do a meet up for the sample sale. I'm sure they usually do two a year, I'll check my emails .......

GinandGingerBeer · 02/09/2018 19:02

Looks like there was one in January. But I'm not sure how much notice we'd get which might make it tricky to book travel or hotel if anyone was staying over.

GinandGingerBeer · 02/09/2018 19:04

Yes Ive seen that thread @AFingerofFudge. Felt all defensive Grin

Laska5772 · 02/09/2018 19:06

The sample sale might actually be a bit fraught we could just meet for a naice lunch ( I always rate the Festival Hall on Southbank as cheapish q basic but nice ) and shopping trip..
Im up for some Hush bashing as im cross with them ! will go and look . Grin

Nearlyadoctor · 02/09/2018 19:09

Lunch sounds good @Laska - would be good to get a date well in advance as I for one would possibly stay depending on train times.

Nearlyadoctor · 02/09/2018 19:09

@Ella happy to shop with you 😃😃

Ellapaella · 02/09/2018 19:20

It's a date then @Nearlyadoctor
I've seen the Mint Velvet thread too.. it always makes me chuckle a bit, Hush (and our thread) get a fair bit of bashing from time to time. Best not to get too worked up about it, some comments were made on a fairly recent thread implying that some of the posters on this thread must be plugging Hush etc etc and how dull and dreary it all was. It's always the same posters banging on about it though, their names have become quite familiar now.
Everyone's tastes differ though, that's what makes fashion interesting or we'd all be walking round looking like clones of each other. I have to just scroll on now and try not to take it personally.
Our thread is a lovely, friendly and helpful group. No one is rude about anyone else's choices or style and there is none of this superiority that comes up quite frequently on other S & B threads.

Ellapaella · 02/09/2018 19:24

Lol at Laska going off to partake in some Hush bashing Grin
Make sure you comeback to us though Laska!
