Here we go again!

There's 3 terrible outfits going on in that one picture!

Only ten years ago! She's changed a lot.

Has she had some subtle 'work'? The stuff she wore before she married was a bit all over the place.

And honestly, the guests at posh wedding are always terrible dressed. There was maybe one guest at Pippa's wedding whose outfit was passable, the rest were hideous!

She looks different, but I can't quite pinpoint how, apart from the hair!

I don't think she's had a nose job. She is a good deal thinner all round, which has changed her face. There's no more suggestion of puppy fat.

I think she has had some subtle work done too. I don’t think it’s weight loss more like tweaking and fillers.

Botox and fillers for sure, and they’re very well done.

I don’t think she’s had a nose job though, it looks the same to me.

I actually think she looks very like Pippa in that photo from the wedding. Monstrous fascinator!

Some of Kate’s zillions of hairstyles

I think it is all hers. Her natural hair is very similar to mine, curlyish at the ends and thick so can be like a horse’s mane. However can hold a style well because of the natural curl. Oh to have your own hairdresser!

The Botox and fillers are amazing. She’s been smart to start young, bearing in mind how photographed she is.

I think she has had some very subtle work done on her nose; probably pre university. The tip is slightly less bulbous and the bridge has been narrowed and raised to make it stronger

I think photo 33 in @CurlyWurlyTwirly's link shows how Kate's hair is naturally.

On another note, Harry and Meghan are out for some gala this evening so we'll have another outfit to critique. Any bets on the colour? I'm going to go with black or navy...

Kate has clearly worn hair extensions many many times. A few times her hairdresser went overboard but generally they are very well done. The photograph in her blue sports clothes shows her true hair.

Agree about the comment about Pippa’s wedding. Sweeping generaliisation alert - very wealthy people often have little or no sense of style.

I think at least part of the reason that KM has started to look fresher in the face is that she’s stopped going quite as mad with the black eyeliner and has tended towards more natural eye makeup recently.

I flicked through that article above where it claims she had lipo after Prince George was born . I’m no Royal Fan, but I think it’s much more of a case of Slim Woman Stays Slim During and After Pregnancy rather than serious surgery.

Meghan in a black trouser suit tonight.

Very business like. I am delighted she is staying true to her own style though and not being swept into the tide of frump the rest of the RF live in.

Picture 22 on Curly's link - awful! That was a rare mis step. All very different from her hair at Lady Rose's wedding, though!

God boring black again! Yes it’s chic but I’d love to see her in bright colours

Meghan looks gorgeous - but I really dislike the black trouser suit and black blouse. The trousers look like flares and the jacket doesn't fit well. They're meeting very sick children, I'm going to risk a flaming here and suggest she wear something bright and colourful. Even that yellow dress!

I adore Meghan, but do agree that a brighter colour might have been more appropriate with sick children. In my line of work, I've had to escort VIP types to meet sick kids and am always conscious of not going for my default smart look of wearing all black.

Pic 32 on Curly's link: I've been to the Solomon Islands and it is 100% humidity and 35•c. I never wore my hair down as it's far too hot. That girl deserves a medal!

It's a smart trouser suit, but agree that all that black doesn't look appropriate. Also, why all the messy hair sticking out again? It looks like she couldn't be bothered to brush her hair. Overall, not really a great look.

Pooh, I find out next week whether Eugenie has invited me to her wedding!

I'd have preferred straight legged trousers rather than flared but apparently bootcuts/flares are making a comeback this winter!

They have another event on Thursday I think. More black?
