Here we go again!

I don't think MM is pregnant. The colour, design and cut of the dress is horrendous. I suspect DM have photoshopped the image. Harry and MM seem genuinely in love. I'm not a big Royal follower, but I hope their marriage lasts.

...the problem is that Charles and Camilla are already at retirement age. They may feel the need to slow down a bit as well. Charles has been performing royal duties since he was a teenager. So I think it is expected that his children and their wives, who are themselves nearing middle-age, would become more involved in public duties.

Charles and Camilla are also a very Marmite pair - the RF can only present itself as 'relevant' if its leading members are popular, so I would expect Charles + Camilla, William and Kate, and Harry and Meghan to work as a team rather than pinning the future of the monarchy on C+C alone, which would be quite a risky bet.

I would say the children might also find themselves pressed into service unofficially - releases of photos of everyday life and milestones, meetings with world leaders (as with the Obamas and little George in his dressing gown), children included on trips abroad.

While there may or may not be tension between Charles, William and Harry, I suspect the allegation that Charles is jealous of attention others receive is true. So I imagine it would take a lot of persuasion to get C + C to share the limelight, but also that it will be necessary or he will be Charles The Last, or George The Last, or Æthelred, or however he chooses to style himself.

Can anyone help out with a Royal Succession question? I was looking at the line of succession Wikipedia page. No 42 is Beth Windsor b. 1998. Does anyone know who her parents are? She comes after the Kents.

That's weird. Not idea who she is. You would have expected her to eldest daughter of Nicholas Windsor, or eldest daughter (above Helen) of DoK with that line of succession, but she's not there!

In your link, Beth Windsor would be in the Kent family, but there is no mention of her in any sites about the Kents.

Possibly a hoax entry?

Yes, the Lascelles (Earls of Harewood?) are descendants of Mary the Princess Royal, who was George VI's only sister. They seem colourful characters who've been married numerous times and had children out of wedlock!

Lady Helen's daughters look a bit sinister - like the twins from The Shining!

It must be quite fun being a minor royal. You can bring out the title when you need to and go to occasional events but still lead a normal life.

Sarah Chatto has great style. Her outfit for Harry's wedding was very chic and her wedding dress remains one of my all-time favourites.

Beatrice and Eugenie used to have protection officers, and Andrew caused a huge stink when they were withdrawn. I think he now pays personally for their security people.

I have to agree with everyone above! Queen you made me laugh re Eloise and Estella Taylor!! Their mum is so good looking, too! I also agree about Sarah Chatto being stylish - she's very low key, but always looks good. True about her sons though!

Looking at that Pinterest link, I have to say that Princess Michael may not be the most enlightened royal but she and Prince Michael certainly made a striking couple back in the day! She's still very elegant but he was looking rather frail and doddery at Harry's wedding.

I think that Wikipedia link has got it wrong. The only Beth Windsor I know of is HM herself!
