I get married in 4 months. Bought a gorgeous dress when I was still losing baby weight and Ive got as far as I can go and my ribcage just wont fit the dress.

I dont have much money left in the wedding budget for a replacement dress (the other dress has been up for sale since January and haven't had any luck selling it)/

These are the 3 I think might be ok.

Im 5ft 4, suit skater styles since having a baby as tummy not great, im a size 12/14 pear shape.

Ive always wanted a bit of lace which is part of the reason Ive chosen these.
I didnt want anything low cut or too revealing up top.

Id always fancied a pink dress (its my second wedding), so the long white one is a bit of a wildcard for me.

Please help!

I love the first one, it's beautiful

gorgeoushazydaysofsummer · 04/07/2018 17:00

I like the second pink one (with lace cap sleeves) and the long white one. They're all lovely :)

HyacinthsBucket70 · 04/07/2018 17:04

I'd say the 2nd or 3rd ones are best, but all 3 are lovely and a good choice. Wear what you feel most comfortable in, and have a lovely day.

BrieAndChilli · 04/07/2018 17:05

Could you not use the £100 to have your original dress altered?? There might be something they can do?

heatwave2018 · 04/07/2018 17:06

Aren’t you best wearing white? Just in case someone else turns up in pink?

Rachelsholiday · 04/07/2018 17:11

Number 2 though Number 1 is lovely

I would worry the lace on No3 might look a bit cheap being white?

guiltynetter · 04/07/2018 17:13

number 2 is gorge

EgremontRusset · 04/07/2018 17:15

When I got too big for a dress with a zip it cost about £70 to have zip replaced with lacing so it fit.

FfionFlorist · 04/07/2018 17:16

The first one is the loveliest but I also like number two.

Fintress · 04/07/2018 17:17

Number 1 or two, they are both gorgeous!

Disfordarkchocolate · 04/07/2018 17:19

Second one is my favourite, closely followed by the first one.

hairypaws · 04/07/2018 17:36

I love 1 and 2 but second one is my fav, it's gorgeous.

Tentomidnight · 04/07/2018 17:41

The 1st one is gorgeous 😃

Sabulous · 04/07/2018 17:44

I love the pink ones. I guess the main decision is over the neckline, do you have a preference? Have you tried them both on?

sunshinesupermum · 04/07/2018 17:45

No 1 or No 2 ! Go for pink, it's a lovely choice.

Emma198 · 04/07/2018 17:47

I love number 2!

Emma198 · 04/07/2018 17:48

My bridesmaids all wore different pink chi chi dresses they all looked lovely xx

calzone · 04/07/2018 17:58

I love the middle one and no one will be thinking anything mean at all.

Enjoy your day.

NashvilleQueen · 04/07/2018 18:01

Please don’t worry about someone else wearing pink. Presumably your friends and, most importantly, the groom will be able to recognise you. MN is ridiculous about this.

Makinglists · 04/07/2018 18:08

1 or 2 The lace on 3 doesn't look good to me. The other two would be more forgiving on the figure. 1 is more romantic 2 is just a tad more sophisticated. Depends on your style.

ADayAlwaysHasToEnd · 04/07/2018 18:09

My only concern would be that someone might where the exact same dress, which may be awkward. Some colour wouldn't bother me but maybe the same dress may?

Shiftymake · 04/07/2018 18:09

I like the second one most, it is easy to dress up or down and just works.

Marley45 · 04/07/2018 18:10

The pink ones are both gorgeous but think my favourite is the second one

shakeyourcaboose · 04/07/2018 18:14
