Here we go again... A merry whirl of things of things that smell delicious (and sometimes not).

Sotd - Chanel Chance - I don't love or loathe this. It was a gift.
It smells amazing on my SIL, on me it's pretty meh.

Bathroom floor's SotD is Fucking Fabulous. That's two bottles in a week. I've never dropped a perfume bottle before in my life.

Today I’m wearing Prada Infusions Iris Cedre. Excellent little perfume

I love the tobacco note in this but I do worry slightly that I smell as if I've had a sneaky fag then tried to cover it with perfume.

I always think that with perfumes with a juniper note, instead of admiring my perfume I imagine people will be wondering if I'm an alcoholic .

SotD MG Lemon. I decanted this into a travel spray and it leaked in my swimming bag. I didn't lose a lot thankfully but everything now smells of my perfume.

My car currently smells strongly of vintage Youth Dew It's quite something when you open the car door in hot weather.

Have had a day full of slightly bizarre and random bad stuff (have just finished dealing with the feathers...). I need something reviving tonight (was thinking about perfume but perhaps is the way to go?). My new super-sleek storage system is not great for spontaneous selections. Might need to rethink - perhaps a tray with a week's worth of possibilities in full view?

It was fab! The food was great and we got a free g&t. Sniffed lots of stuff and made my perfume to bring home

Dirty English for me today and nothing for the bathroom floor (which still smells fabulous).

Bon Parfumeur 302 this morning - feels quite heavy and spicy today which I love but hopefully am not asphyxiating colleagues!

I'm still waiting on my pp samples to arrive so I'm in the dregs of eau nude today which I really like but it seems to disappear almost instantly on me.

I still have an almost FB of diesel plus plus and a miniature of Armani Gio going spare if anyone would like them?

Also, does anyone remember the FCUK polished range? Has anyone come across a decent dupe or similar scent? I ruddy loved it and have never found anything to replace!

Sorry to spam the thread but my pp samples have arrived! I'm now sporting the pp version of creed virgin island water. Liking it so far. And I'm so happy to have a reasonable approximation of armani white again as it takes me back to a very happy time in my life.

Its been a 4160s day for me - SOTD was London 1969, nearing the end of my sample Came home to my 4160s SOTW order, OML Orange, which I blind bought. Glad I did its very pleasant if a little fleeting. Also got a free sample of Rome 1963 which I have only sniffed on the tissue paper but looking forward to trying properly.

My 4160 crowdfunding parcel arrived today. White Queen and TBFL, plus a 2.25ml of Freeway. White Queen is a lovely creamy, slightly coconutty, musky scent, whilst TBFL is (at the moment) honey, peach, tobacco and really really reminds me of something that I can't yet put my finger on. Enjoying both and looking forward to trying them properly tomorrow. They are really beautifully blended and smooth, like a perfect whisky.

I did a bad thing... although it could have been worse!

Bad day at work so went to shops to get chocolates for my team (who have done a sterling job to pull things back after a random fucked up and it impacted on our project). Popped into TKMaxx and that bottle of ELDO Noel au Balcon was still there but reduced further. So clearly I had to buy and spray immediately. Came home and DD2 gave me a hug and told me I smelt nice (that'll be the vanilla).

So, initial orange and spice with the orange disappearing fast. Lots of nice spice (nutmeg, allspice, cloves) and woods (I think sandalwood or cedar) but steadily building vanilla. Two hours in it's vanilla and honey and something I can't identify that gives it and edge (possibly the chilli). Fragantica says a feminine perfume but one of the early notes plus all the wood made it feel masculine initially to me before the sweetness takes over. Not really a spring spray but I knew that from the notes. Interesting but not entirely love at first sniff. Tempted to layer with a longer lasting orange blossom to lighten it a bit.

Sounds lovely, count. The notes sound right up my street.

I actually went into tkmaxx the other day and came out again without having bought a single thing . Slightly wishing I'd nabbed Traversee du Bosphore though when I had the chance...

No SOTD yet but I can still smell both of the crowdfunders on my wrists from yesterday evening. Think it might be White Queen today.

Working from home so it's a good excuse to spend a bit of time rearranging my collection - drawers are now overflowing!
