My only PP successes have been;
Opium...omg. exact copy of 1977 original formulation
Rive gauche...excellent
Paloma Picasso...almost identical
Cinnabar...bit more soapy than the original.

Their Knowing is pretty good too.

I need to try estee lauder azurree and wood mystique!

That's Les Nuits d'Hadrien or Fleurs de Sel territory for me. 4160s White Queen is unusual for being cool and comforting oriental gourmand.

Rubbish start to the morning; am working in an area I don't really know today and have had to abandon the car to the tender mercies of south London traffic wardens...will doubtless return this afternoon to a forest of parking tickets . Which would be less of an issue if I'd not just spent all my money on perfume!

Still, I smell of lovely Premier Figuier so that's something.

Good luck mrs r. I think eau nude is like coco mademoiselle- I used to use it quite a lot for work. I’m really liking the next fragrances at the moment. I tried some of the new ones in the gold and silver bottles the other day; might get some when I go back to work.
SOTD Jo Malone Tropical Cherimoya. A fruity floral which is light and unobtrusive (like most Jo Malones) and is likely to need multiple reapplications a day. However I am enjoying it even if it is very much a skin scent.

SOTD is 4160 Sexiest Scent... I get a lot of sillage. Is it that I’m hyper sensitive to iso e super ? A lot of people complain about poor sillage. I quite like it

SotD Ealing Green. Not kick ass enough for the day I've had. We are not moving next week because our stupid buyers have their money abroad and only tried to transfer it today (Wed they said they were ready to exchange today) and discovered that you can't move 6 figure sums over borders without a few checks. So, they want to move back the completion date by a month! Our poor sellers have already done most of their packing.

Oh, count, what a nightmare! Hope your buyers don't mess you around any further and it all gets sorted.

Home after a lonnnnnng day (no parking ticket - that is a significant result!) to gin and a good spritz of Rhubarb & Custard. This is such a fabulously comforting scent; it was like having a hug.

My 100ml bottle of Eau d'Hadrien arrived from Germany and not only is fantabulous, but is EdP which I hadn't noticed when frantically bidding. I celebrated my giving my sample of it to the perfumista janitor at school.

A question- on another thread someone has recommended Jo Loves as being better than/longer lasting than NMs. I had a look on the website and they seem to be branded as "A Fragrance" or "A fragrance" with "parfum" written underneath. Do either of those terms have any actual meaning? They are just as £££££s as the NMs and sound just as nice, if linear to me. But a fancy shop in Belgravia and lovely packaging is included in the price obviously!

I am still in pyjamas but will later be in Eau D'Hadrien. Obvs.

I have spent nothing on perfume all week, but had the embarassment of 3 couriers at the same time the other day thanks to the skincare/looking expensive in summer threads.

I was torn over what to make SotD but have decided to go for Rose Silence since it's simple and romantic. And seems suitably symbolic of a woman losing her voice and independence.

Count - the royal wedding ref took me a while to get then i snorted! Excellent perfume chosing.

Im off ti have a shower. Wondering what to wear today. Premier figuiere has been nice in the weather but longevity isnt great. Maybe jungle - spicy and spiky against all that frothy wedding stuff. Or maybe just go with it all and have a rare (for me) white floral moment?
