Watching the movie 'table 19' and Anna Kendricks red cardigan spoke to me..I don't usually do red but the next day I went out and got one from Debenhams and it's a refreshing change from my normal look which has got some items of clothing I have had for over ten years..(or longer )

My first movie outfit crush was Drew Barrymore in Scream! Oh I loved the pale blue trousers and white jumper combo!

I have always loved this outfit. Even tried to match it when I went to a polo match. Failed miserably.

The spotty polo dress hasn't really dated. I don't mix in polo circles, so I don't know about that, but deffo to a relaxed wedding.

I like Drew Barrymore's outfit in The Wedding Singer too, when she's drunk and climbs over the table in her DMs. I wore virtually identical in 1987 or so.

Okay I know it's not a film but just watched the Friends boxset over Christmas and love Rachels wardrobe. The little skirts,high waisted trousers,tartan trousers, dungarees and the Chinese style dress she wears to Phoebe's hen night.
And, as already mentioned, the polo outfit and the opera dress ( and jewellery ) from Pretty Woman.

I really enjoyed all the yellow frocks in LaLa Land. I've got a thing about yellow, and it's been really hard to find till the last few years

Oh yes! The devil wears Prada! That first makeover outfit - a Chanel suit? - that Anne Hathaway wears is so stunning!

Justified - the Home Alone coat, I get it now, it's the overall glamour and look not the specific item as such I felt the same when I said Mila Kunis in Friends With Benefits - it wasn't the clothes as such (although I think she wears a great LBD) it was the overall look & feel. She was just so dinky and shiny and girly and I felt like a galumphing frizzy-haired hippo at the time. I thought (as I sat in my leggings and socks and tunic dress that covered my bum and wobbly thighs but not my chunky arms) that I wanted to be dinky and shiny and girly one day. And I did get there eventually, more or less

Mine are both quite dated and I can’t find photos, oddly both Michelle Pfieffer in different films - in The Fabulous Baker Boys she wore a maxi camel coat it was lush and so elegant. And in One Fine Day she had a gorgeous huge leather tote bag - I’m still looking for that bag!
