Watching the movie 'table 19' and Anna Kendricks red cardigan spoke to me..I don't usually do red but the next day I went out and got one from Debenhams and it's a refreshing change from my normal look which has got some items of clothing I have had for over ten years..(or longer )

Jessica Chastain's outfits in Miss Sloane, she was the very definition of the 'how to look expensive' threads. Sadly, when I obsessively googled, it wasn't cleverly done on a budget from Zara, everything was super high-end

Grace Kellys entire wardrobes in High Society and Rear window .Im not that much into clothes or celebs but sometimes I watch these films to marvel at how lovely she is in these clothes.

Home Alone coat? That horrible brown thing?

That Home Alone coat?!? Why's it so special? It's a camel coloured oversized overcoat... shapeless, looks like a potato sack made from wool... I don't get the love?! What am I missing? I am genuinely prepared to be educated as to it's finer qualities!

Also Winona Ryder in Heathers - not the hideous 80s suiting they all wear, but a kind of pinafore dress with an off the shoulder top underneath.

(I love the fact that she's a primary school teacher, packs in 5 minutes flat, and wears what looks like designer clothes)

Really dated now but I adore Julia Roberts' brown and cream spot dress and hat that she wears to the polo match.

lol I don't know why I love that coat it is nothing special, maybe as when I was younger i used to think she was so glamourous . no explanation but I just like it.

We were watching Clueless yesterday, yes the wardrobe was fantastic.

I don’t know what film it was but I was small, prob about 5years old, a Doris Day musical Sunday afternoon thingy. Doris was wearing a pale blue organza-type-fabric dress and had the exact same color shoe to match. Sigh. I thought that was just marvelous. I suppose it was the whole thing, she was tall, slender, talented. And blue shoes!! I had never seen anything so beautiful. I still think back and sigh. It was gorgeous. I cannot think how I could incorporate the outfit into my daily life but pale blue is still my favorite color. Thank Christ it’s one of my best.

Also quite liked Rapunzels outfits in Tangled. Thank kids.

Not a film, but I loved all the women's outfits in Peaky Blinders.

I love Elena’s style in the show Bitten, Blake Lively in Age of Adeline (her hair is so great too.. sigh) and yes to Keira Knightley’s green dress it’s stunning!
