Since I really enjoyed the pink dress thread that The Fail stole for an article I wanted to give you a head's up on their latest horror. It doesn't actually look too bad on the model but believe me it is Seventies polyester nightie chic.

Yellow dress

No, you're wrong. It does look bad on the model.

johendy · 04/08/2017 14:33

Blurrghhh! What the hell is going on with M&S fashion?!?!

Dragonflycushion · 04/08/2017 14:34

If anything, it's worse.

DonkeysDontRideBicycles · 04/08/2017 14:39

Straight from a 1970's dressing up box.

Madbengalmum · 04/08/2017 14:39

Hurry, i dont want to disappoint you OP, but its actually low in stock in some sizes! I cannot believe anyone would want to make themselves look like a giant banana. Hideous.

LaurieFairyCake · 04/08/2017 14:43

Demis Roussos lives again

meadowlark3 · 04/08/2017 14:46

It looks like a female condom!

mydogmia · 04/08/2017 14:48

Ooh! That is HORRENDOUS!!

Flumpernickel · 04/08/2017 14:50

My eyes! Shock

traceyturnblatt · 04/08/2017 14:57

I'm not a fashion forward person by any stretch of the imagination but that's hideous!

blueskyinmarch · 04/08/2017 15:00

Oh my word that is definitely a 70's nightwear nightmare.

Bluntness100 · 04/08/2017 15:02

My honest reaction when I opened the link

" oh fucking hell"

What do you mean it doesn't look bad on the model. It's awful, I think it's worse than the pink one also. If I saw someone walking towards me in that I'd do a double take.Shock

cod · 04/08/2017 15:02

Oh that's old.
I've got my eye on this cloth kit horror

That dress makes me feel cold. The wind would go right up your butt from the bottom and through both the arms. Horrible.

100 per cent polyester. It just gets worse and worse.

iseenodust · 04/08/2017 15:09

I fear I would look like Miss Havisham with jaundice.

LittleCandle · 04/08/2017 15:09

EEK! That is truly hideous! Who got paid to design that? My two year old DGD could do better!

musicmaiden · 04/08/2017 15:21

I have seen it in store this very lunchtime. I was captivated. The material is properly horrible – flammable. If you wore it on a beach holiday you'd be a sticky mess in half an hour.

If I get time next week I might go and try it on and take pics for fun.

They're doing it purpose now. It's the only explanation.

Ijustneedmycoffee · 04/08/2017 16:03

IMO that's FAR worse than the pink thing dress

thenightsky · 04/08/2017 16:09

Now, you see, I'm quite partial to a bit of yellow. It suits me. However, I reckon I could make at least 3, if not 4 garments out of the amount of fabric billowing about in that dress. Hell, I could probably make 2 camisoles out of the sleeves alone.
