Dh wants to buy me a gift and I'm not sure what I want . I quite like the mulberry Freya . I have an Antony already and I like it . I fancy something a bit more handbaggy.

I bought a black Mulberry Alexa last year and it is practical and beautiful so happily recommend those. Just a personal choice, but I have found I use most the bags that are more structured and less hobo-ish. The only Mulberry which I didn't enjoy as much as the others was the oversized Tillie satchel which was beautiful but so splodgy I could never find anything in it.

For those people complaining about cost I would point out my purse which was the first Mulberry thing I ever got. It cost about £200 and is now 15 years old, used everyday and still in perfect condition so, in the long run, cheaper than the everyday purses I used to buy and wreck/replace before it

Hope you fins a wonderful bag OP and enjoy using it

Thank you .. because of my son I have realised I do need my hands free and this is just lovely .. when we got there I saw the Freya but my dh didn't like the oxblood which was fine as I would have still bought it i loved it but it made me doubt my taste 😬... some of oxblood look a little purply in real life and I don't like purple much so he was probably right .. this one is lovely and the strap is leather which I love rather than the chain .
