Glad dogs is doing better Dragon. I also have a friend that works there. Small world.

Apples - I'm not sure B&H shower gels have much scent to start with. I had a grapefruit one last Christmas that was so disappointing.

A few small victories here on the empties front. A 100ml pink pepperpod shower gel by Molton Brown. Lovely scent, luckily I have more of this. This was from my look fantastic calendar.

I also finished a mini decleor day cream- the hydra floral light cream, which was fine. It lasted ages! And lastly the MV eye make up remover which I got as a freebie somewhere. Wasn't mad for this, was an oil so quite hard work getting it out of the (metal) bottle, onto eyes and off without making a huge mess.

Yes emenem you got that right - found out pg - went for scam following week and they estimated 33 weeks pg!! Not what I hoped for my 17 year old. Life is life and we manage. She's had tough time - she had infection after a week, then suffered with PND and now this. She's had to mature!

He's not being fed 30mls an hour by tube as he still was bringing up his feeds.

I have had a couple of staple item empties - nothing major to note tho

And yes pinkie she still looks good and as slim as a rake!

Oh Dragon, you have had a roller coaster ride these last few months. Your DD sounds brave and mature and incredibly strong. I have a 15 y/o DD. I can relate a bit to what a shock it must be, sort of.. I think, maybe not... iykwim?

An empty, finally. I have a few nearly there. A Sanctuary body lotion. It's perfectly fine but a touch synthetic a smell and my skin feels a wee bit sticky the next day.

Boots are supposed to be marking down to 70% off on Friday. Just saying......

Dragon - what a lovely boy, hope he is soon home. I cannot imagine what the last 18 weeks must have been like for you and your daughter, must be a very sharp learning curve. Take care. and , not necessarily in that order.

Saw Dermatologist yesterday - itchiness is likely to get worse during pregnancy.... she gave me a list if shower gels and creams to try but am going to resist unless I have another major outbreak.

I finished a fake tan finally. Yay. When I remembered it I felt great!

They are home!! Thanks all. DH is getting taxi home from the airport as I just couldn't face driving at 11pm for a pick up.
I'm done in, so ate my body weight in banned food and took a sleeping pill. In 1 hour I'll be out cold! (I hope). Might help it along with a sneaky

So glad as last night I picked up pasta on way to hospital with DD2 and heading back to car I tripped and fell flat on my face. Skinned knees that are bruising today!

On the beauty front I did actually use hand cream today 😜 no make up for days though.

Used a John Frieda full size shampoo today, great product.

Pleased DGS is home and on the mend. It's awful when they're poorly so young.

Working on a couple of almost-empties. Hopefully tomorrow...

No empties here but my Caroline Hirons double cleanser is here at last. Will test tonight.

Nervous evening here. DH made redundant in Nov and has a big (second) interview tomorrow morning. Really needs to get this job. Feel a bit ill worrying about it but being v chilled and confident on the outside.

Want to go to bed but DD is on a school trip to theatre and won't be back til about 11.30. Will have a browse of MN for a while.

Boots.....weellllll whatever Christmas stuff is left in the sale will be marked down to 70% off today (probably...) Now. Far be it from me to encourage you to go to Boots because between us we could probably restock a branch from our hoards BUT if you happen to be frugal of mind and generous of spirit it is a bloody marvellous idea to go and stock up on birthday presents etc.

DO NOT go in the shop, come out with bags full of goodies and sit on your bed cackling and shouting "MINE!! ALL MINE" Remember we are trying to use stuff up.

Thanks for the good luck messages. He said it went pretty well but has no idea of how it may turn out. Glad it's over with now.

The CH double cleanse is nice. Although there are definitely similar products out there. The balm is very similar to the body shop camomile one. And the cleanser is a very creamy soft texture, which is lovely. I think it would be great for trips, although I don't know if it wil last that long here.

I've had a super tough week at work and was feeling mega low/fragile/emotional yesterday and the day before. But it's over - and we got amazing feedback today!

And I'm proud to say that still dry and not shopping!!! I am trying to learn to reward myself with things that are not S&B related. I am going to have a nice meal and perhaps time alone with DH tomorrow. And as a new thing, I am thinking on spending some of the money that I am not spending on S&B on a stimulating course in March. And a friend invited me to have a spa weekend with her!
