What a lovely thread title.
to Crem. How are you doing?
MI, not wishing to worry you, but my best friend at school suddenly developed diabetes when she was 11/12; I just remember that she was always hungry. But I agree that low key is the way to go, and I appreciate that you are worried because of DM.
BTM, I hope your day goes ok and DS is all right.
Stropps, hang on in there.
Herbs, keep on wearing him down. Re Newcastle, I don't think Benton would be right for you. Agree renting would be a good idea, by the way. There is masses of culcher in Newcastle: the RSC still come every year to the Theatre Royal, the Sage is wonderful for all sorts of music (and a great venue), there is Northern Stage, the Playhouse, the Bach Choir, Phil and Lit, really the list is endless. (And, of course, DS would love the Metro).
Kitchen and utility room all finished, just need to clean down and replace everything we removed, but delighted with the floor. Still waiting for spare parts from Bosch, so DH is doing his favourite job of dishwashing. Off to hairdressers later to have my highlights done: am contemplating a change of colour.
