I seriously need some inspiration for my winter wardrobe!

My best recent purchase is this dress from topshop (even though I'm probably too old to be shopping there!). Its very flattering on my short, pear-shaped figure and looks great with black tights and boots. Great for any occasion.

I've bought a navy faux fur jacket and knee high boots. A stranger told me I looked glamorous last week. This has never happened before.

I have some of the new style 501s...maybe they would work if I put a white shirt under.

The ideal would be black skinnies, but sadly I'm a bit on the portly side for skinnies with a non-bum-covering jumper. Maybe this will act as incentive...

I wear it with my vintage bands t shirts, a red leather pencil skirt and biker boots.
Or flared jeans and a shirt.
Or my 70s dress and platform shoes.
Or my off the shoulder jumper and my denim midi.
Or....
Well anything really. It's so soft and fluffy.

I have bought this Autograph top which is nice heavy fabric and hangs really nicely, love it.

I was in London Town the other day so had a mooch around Cos, tried on loads of tops/knitwear, and almost unilaterally wanted them all. But I'm sensible, so only bought one: it's cuddly and warm, and I adore the shape. Being Cos, it looks shit on the website.

It's a bit boring compared to some of the cool stuff here but I just took delivery of a uniqlo ultra light down parka jacket and i love it, as it packs down to nothing it will be perfect for stuffing in a backpack when I jog to work (always had a problem with the return journey and freezing without a coat)
