The Hush ruched skirt.....

Is really quite awesome isn't it?

I've heard mention of it on here a few times, so picked up a striped one for a song in the sale. It's the most comfortable, flattering thing, and I wish I knew about it at the start of summer, not the end.

I've just bought a black one, for winter.

Mrssirius The Hush skirt is incredibly flattering, so don't write it off. I doesn't look like it will be, but it is when worn, I promise!

Fozzy No, I haven't tried them, sorry. I have just ordered the Harem pants with the extra discount codes, I will report on these, it was a gamble as I am 5ft....

I love mine! I have the blue/black striped one and wore it loads this summer.

Might have to buy a black or burgundy one for the winter.

Had the satin back shorts arrive today. Not particularly impressed but having said that, I think I will get a lot of wear out of them. Love shorts and tights in winter.

If anyone can thread a needle, it's very easy to turn any tube skirt into a rauched skirt! Just two strips of elastic, one up each side....

Those of you recommending the Tara dress, are any of you large of nork? I'm a bit worried it will only suit the elegantly slender types.

My harem trousers came today and they are lovely. Very thick and soft. Soft charcoal colour. I'm 5ft, but the top will turn over and I don't think I'll look stupid. Caveat will be how they wash etc.

My one criticism of Hush is how creased everything is on delivery, does anyone else find this? It's hard to see how stuff will actually look without giving the item a quick iron, and I am really not that fussy re ironing....

Thanks to this thread I've ordered ruched skirt in burgundy, Tara dress in burgundy and forest and I also thought I'd try the Naomi knitted dress.
Used 10% off code Autumn16. Not planning on keeping everything but hoping there's one thing I like. I bought Boden ruched skirt on the strength of recommendations on here but really didn't like it and sent it back.

Yes needa things always creased on delivery. I've had a few things from Hush that I thought looked really cheap on me despite them being £££ and just sent them back.

I am a 10/12 and got M in the ruched skirt ecuse, and that's perfect. However last year I ordered a similar skirt - a kind of flecked grey woolly number, stretchy tube type shape - and the M is far too big. (That's not much help, is it?)

Oooh I am so tempted to get this! I really regret not getting the Boden one before it sold out. Does anyone know how well it washes, or if it's likely to go baggy and shapeless after a few wears? I find the quality of hush clothes quite variable.

My new hush burgundy skirt has just arrived and I'm sitting here typing in my pale blue one! Suffice to day I would recommend them...

mrssirusblack I'm similar to you, currently a 16-18, slowly oh so slowlylosing weight. I have the XL and it fits really well and is lovely and flattering.
