Love the Pashli Linus - that's what I'm edging towards. Or a Mulberry Tote. I've also seen a Gucci Soho clutch but not sure if DH will go for two bags!

Karbea it is much harder to find autumnal colours this time of year. When the summer sales are over you'll be in your element, honest :)

I can really see you with a Pashli shop, it's the edgy zips.

Karbea that's really disappointing. I guess it's hard to change a habit - you'll have to practice lots!

And I see everyone before me said a Pashli too, I'm so behind the times. The only thing with it is it's a bit fiddly to shut when you're in a rush and the claspy thing that holds the 2 handles together is stiff. But it is my fave bag at the minute.

Didnt you like a trio shop, they are under a grand, and you can get a nice evening bag too and still be under your budget,

Yes, a Trio is very handy. I don't use mine often but I always pack it when I travel.

Perfect size for sightseeing and to take with you in the evening when you go out to dinner.

The bag is more for everyday. Got DH's approval on the Pashli, hit purchase and it won't let me order!!! Does anyone know any UK sites where I can find that bag?

It's everywhere shop, NAP has them ,but MIO,I wouldn't buy one now, they get heavily discounted during sales, and the quality is certainly not worth the full price tag,

They are everywhere in other colours Santa but I can't find the grey. I reckon DH will go to £750 max. Can't think of another style similar that I've liked as much. Trio is too small for me. Want something a bit tougher..... (And bigger)

Bikini-lots of on sale still. Have you looked at figleaves? What size are you as bravissimo do good ones if you need a proper bra size too.
Sundresses-you may struggle right now and be better off waiting till nearer the time.
Cover ups-have you looked at primark? I know, I know, you don't do primark but they have some good cheap stuff for covering up on the beach. I'm really pleased with the strapless navy dress I got.
Sandals-do you mean flat sandals. Will you be better off with flip flops/espadrilles esp if running around after ds.
Will look at handbags now but I warn you that grey is hard to find in the exact style you want.

Found it here shop but if it is cheaper at Barneys I'd keep trying, use a different browser (if on desktop) or clear cookies or something to get it to work.

I haven't, I found the bag through shopstyle. It all looks very proper though and they claim to deliver in 3 days for £6 which I guess is about the same as NAP.

I now have no idea what is going on. DH has had a text from the bank implying that the Barneys order went through but I have no order confirmation. So will now have to call the bank and Barneys tomorrow. What a faff. He'll probably change his mind tomorrow Grin

that happened to me when I ordered my watch Shop I just emailed to chase up whether they had received the order or not as the money had been taken from my bank and all was well
