Just finished another Trying It On at Zara post, so have permitted myself a MN session. Assume I am not the only one who has to be strict w themselves and MN else don't get as much done as they should?
Re Zara necklace - lurking I really like that necklace (obviously!) - its quite "work appropriate" but the geometric Deco-esque aspects sharpen the pearls up a bit, I think. I find traditional pearl necklaces a bit conservative, so like to see them set differently. I get great use out of my necklaces, and they always get commented on - agree Meriboo re great quality for the price.
As an aside, I had an Accessorize voucher to use, and just baulked at spending more than Zara prices for plastic stones and cheaper settings. I do plan to buy the Monaco neon gem box clutch from Accessorize, when their sale starts (uk.accessorize.com/view/product/uk_catalog/acc_19,acc_1.10/5892449900)
Margaritas (cheers) - I love & Other Stories. I am genuinely really impressed with the quality of their things, and really must go and try more of it on - I haven't actually done a Trying It On post from there, which is nonsense, given how much I rate some of their clothes, and especially their leather goods (my yellow cross body bag is down to pennies on a cost per wear basis).
Karl - pop of colour and heels with 7/8, statement necklace yada yada. I agree, but like some of that style, anyway. Although I also love monochrome, all black, animal print accessories and probably every other cliche going!
Stokey - whoa, I didn't know the J Crew reductions are better in store than online! I will have a look, soon, then.
Brillenbar - J Crew haven't exactly been impressed by my blogger importance - nada from them, but a friend tells me their codes.
myrtle - ha ha - thank you! I am not comfortable being photographed, even by myself, so let only the odd natural expression out, sticking w stony faced for the rest of the time. Maybe I need to take in a hip flask to help me relax
pinkpear - the head to toe jungle print was a heinous fashion crime.
