The Christmas period is a great opportunity to spread joy - whether through kind actions, the giving and receiving of gifts, or just spending quality time with loved ones. In light of #Cadvent this year, Cadbury would like to hear about what you’d wish for this Christmas.

Here’s what Cadbury have to say about Cadvent: “This year, Cadbury will be spreading extra Christmas magic throughout the whole festive season by making Cadvent wishes come true in the lead up to the big day. Wishes will be granted up and down the country as Cadbury countdown to Christmas with the best advent calendar yet. Is it snow that you wish for this year, or is it the ultimate Christmas tree? Or perhaps delicious Cadbury chocolate for all your family and friends! Take a peek through the calendar doors to see the wishes granted so far.

So, whether you’d wish for a shiny new piece of technology, you have a creative idea to give back to your community or loved ones, or you’d just like to have all of your family together, share this below to be entered into a prize draw where one MNer will win a £300 Love2Shop voucher.

Thanks and good luck!

In an ideal world I would love to heal old wounds and make amends with my estranged parents (but that is not going to happen unfortunately), so I will settle for wishing for a lovely peaceful Christmas with my DH & DC and count my blessings ❤

ThenBellaDidSomethingVeryKind · 27/11/2017 19:07

I'd love to bring some peace to a number of family / friends who have enduring mh problems.

UpOnDown · 27/11/2017 20:30

Happiness and peace for everyone.

Theimpossiblegirl · 27/11/2017 22:49

I'll be donating to the food bank but wish people were not struggling so badly, particularly since the whole universal credit fiasco.

Halebeke425 · 27/11/2017 22:56

I wish my sister lived closer, we are very close and both have children but live 3 hours apart. We have a secret possible plan to move both our families in together to split rent costs and allow us both to save money to buy eventually but all depends on finding the right house to rent which will be big enough for us all for a year or two. So I wish this can happen!

gemmie797 · 28/11/2017 16:14

As the family will all be coming over to me for Christmas I'd love a Christmas feast to serve up for them

FridgeCut · 28/11/2017 16:22

I wish that no-one was in pain or fear this Christmas. We have donated some bags of food to the food bank, we've donated to the toy drive and we are running as a family a santa dash for the local hospice. Doing the little things we can to make things a tiny bit more merry and bright.

Winningbeauty · 28/11/2017 18:01

I wish for a peaceful and joyous Christmas with all the family...and perhaps a pair of diamond circle earrings 😜

Dixiestampsagain · 29/11/2017 00:33

I’d love to be able to go away for the week with all of the family and spend ‘quality’ time together away from it all, by the sea!

JazzAnnNonMouse · 29/11/2017 06:03

I'd love for my oven to work for Christmas at this rate were going to have to bbq the turkey 😂

Theladygardenofeden · 29/11/2017 11:57

I'd wish that no one would go hungry this Christmas. I've been trying to put some nice biscuits and a few advent calendars into the food bank donation boxes at the supermarket when I go. Even though DH and I are on a budget, I always think I'm lucky that I don't need a food bank to feed my DS.

therealposieparker · 29/11/2017 12:00

I'd love to be able to pay off immediate debts for Christmas.... but failing that just enough spare cash to give the kids things they want for Christmas and wrap up a nice TV for my husband.

allthingsred · 29/11/2017 12:02

I'd wish to get all my family together for a meal. We were all fostered as children & it's been over 25yrs since we were all together. That would be magical

LuckyLuckyWoman · 29/11/2017 12:04

Sadly something money can't buy. I'd like my family to all be together for Christmas. This is not possible:(

NeverUseThisName · 29/11/2017 12:49

Family harmony between dh and his family. Sad

Zomam · 29/11/2017 12:50

This year my Christmas wish would be to spend Christmas Day with my family. Unfortunately that’s not possible as it will be too expensive for transport, but I am thankful to still be spending it with my gorgeous daughter.

Esoresila · 29/11/2017 13:06

My husband and i wont be exchanging gifts this Christmas as our funds cannot stretch to include us.......but if it did I would like a few new clothes for me as im loosing weight and everything is hanging off me!

EvilDoctorBallerinaRoastDuck · 29/11/2017 13:31

For DS1 to be completely healthy and live to a ripe old age.

EvilDoctorBallerinaRoastDuck · 29/11/2017 13:34

Thanks to all those who are donating to the food bank, 2 Christmases ago, we had a food bank Christmas.

NeverTwerkNaked · 29/11/2017 13:36

My ex husband to behave himself when he hands the kids to me on Christmas Day; and also for him to let me know in advance of Christmas Day where I am collecting them from Sad

Other wishes: no one to be lonely at Christmas; and a white Christmas!

GinYummy · 29/11/2017 13:44

I wish i had a bigger house so that my family who live on the other end of the country could come and stay for christmas.

TheKnackeredChef · 29/11/2017 14:52

I'd wish for a bit of financial security, for my family and for all the countless others who lie awake at 3am worrying about bills.

NerrSnerr · 29/11/2017 16:12

I wish foe two things, both selfish. I want the baby to sleep through so I can rest and a small win on the premium bonds so I can pay off my mortgage and give up my job.

KnottedAnchorChief · 29/11/2017 17:00

I would wish for snow! Enough to make a snowman and go sledging around our streets. It's magical and money can't buy it.

ilovekitkats · 29/11/2017 17:05

i wish for a year where everyone will get on, and where I will hopefully make some new friends.
