The Christmas period is a great opportunity to spread joy - whether through kind actions, the giving and receiving of gifts, or just spending quality time with loved ones. In light of #Cadvent this year, Cadbury would like to hear about what you’d wish for this Christmas.

Here’s what Cadbury have to say about Cadvent: “This year, Cadbury will be spreading extra Christmas magic throughout the whole festive season by making Cadvent wishes come true in the lead up to the big day. Wishes will be granted up and down the country as Cadbury countdown to Christmas with the best advent calendar yet. Is it snow that you wish for this year, or is it the ultimate Christmas tree? Or perhaps delicious Cadbury chocolate for all your family and friends! Take a peek through the calendar doors to see the wishes granted so far.

So, whether you’d wish for a shiny new piece of technology, you have a creative idea to give back to your community or loved ones, or you’d just like to have all of your family together, share this below to be entered into a prize draw where one MNer will win a £300 Love2Shop voucher.

Thanks and good luck!

Snow would be lovely - as would peace on earth obviously.

cathyov · 11/12/2017 09:34

I wish everyone could be happy and healthy this Christmas time and after serving up dinner and opening the presents I could relax in a hot tub!

Dessallara · 11/12/2017 09:39

I'd wish that my pregnant friend has calm and boring labour as she's terrified of things going wrong!

I'd like to see more people volunteer in the community with elder people, "Adopt a grandparent" walking their dogs, gardening, just talking. I know off elderly people who don't see anyone for days until the meals on wheels person turns up , who is on a tight schedule so often can't stay and chat. These are people who will end up cold, alone and scared , all it takes is for someone to reach a hand of help out , the world would be a better place.

I wish my baby's tummy bug will go away in time for Christmas.

Sloppychops · 11/12/2017 11:30

I always just want one thing, a cure for my daughters illness. I can't give her that so I make her life as fun and normal as possible. Christmas Day for us is about being together with good food, movies a nice walk with the dogs and lots of laughs. That's what I want and I'm lucky enough to get it every year xx

lucyrobinson · 11/12/2017 13:14

I'd love a google home. Perfect to help with the kiddies homework.

maria08k · 11/12/2017 13:27

rachelbonness · 11/12/2017 13:52

pattiselmabouvier · 11/12/2017 14:46

I wish for my 2 year old to feel how much he is loved by his whole family and be able to wrap himself up in it all. And my husband to have 4 stress free days off!

dieciocho · 11/12/2017 14:47

After a horrible Christmas last year (DC#2's first one) because we all had dreadful tummy bugs, my only wish this year is good health for all of us. Hard to grant, I know!

My Christmas wish is that all our family will be able to get together for Christmas dinner this year. Usually someone is working and always misses out.

Sammie87 · 11/12/2017 17:46

I'd wish for a white Christmas, at the ripe ole age of 30, I've never actually experienced a proper White Christmas and that's something I'd love to share with my children to make Christmas just that little more magical!

rocketriffs · 11/12/2017 18:21

Now that my DS has finally had a diagnosis of ASD and anxiety after waiting over 2 years to get an assessment, My wish for him is that he will now be heading in the right direction in coping with his disorder, so he can enjoy the rest of his childhood instead of finding it difficult every day.

Cupcakeicecream · 11/12/2017 18:38

Ooh I'd wish for a Christmas snowed in. A rustic log cabin in the woods. Only way to travel sled by huskies. Family playing old classic board games around a roaring fire open fire roasting marshmallows. Skating on a frozen pond. Few blissful days away from civilization.
