The Christmas period is a great opportunity to spread joy - whether through kind actions, the giving and receiving of gifts, or just spending quality time with loved ones. In light of #Cadvent this year, Cadbury would like to hear about what you’d wish for this Christmas.

Here’s what Cadbury have to say about Cadvent: “This year, Cadbury will be spreading extra Christmas magic throughout the whole festive season by making Cadvent wishes come true in the lead up to the big day. Wishes will be granted up and down the country as Cadbury countdown to Christmas with the best advent calendar yet. Is it snow that you wish for this year, or is it the ultimate Christmas tree? Or perhaps delicious Cadbury chocolate for all your family and friends! Take a peek through the calendar doors to see the wishes granted so far.

So, whether you’d wish for a shiny new piece of technology, you have a creative idea to give back to your community or loved ones, or you’d just like to have all of your family together, share this below to be entered into a prize draw where one MNer will win a £300 Love2Shop voucher.

Thanks and good luck!

I'm hoping for a new laptop.

georgedawes · 03/12/2017 16:30

I'd just love it to snow! It did a couple of years ago and it was just brilliant. Sure it's the only thing my daughter remembers about it!

chrissy53438 · 03/12/2017 16:32

for a stress free day

maryandbuzz1 · 03/12/2017 16:33

My wish would be for everyone in my family to be HAPPY AND HEALTHY.

Ganne1 · 03/12/2017 16:36

I would love to have all my family here for Christmas, but my daughter now lives in Norway, and all my family are in France (well, they are French). My husband will be here, and also my son, but he is revising for a major exam., so we may not see too much of him!

APJ1 · 03/12/2017 16:36

I wish for a healthy and happy 2018.

MimiJoy · 03/12/2017 16:37

I wish all my family health and happiness throughout Christmas and the New Year! x

EmilyKEDB · 03/12/2017 16:44

For my daughters first Christmas to be absolutely magical. She's 8 months old and I know she won't remember it but the photos will tell the stories for the rest of her life :)

For my husband to find a new job

gd2011 · 03/12/2017 17:00

Compassion not commercialism during the festive period.

TracyKNixon · 03/12/2017 17:00

Health and merriment for my family during the festivities!

meepmoop79 · 03/12/2017 17:08

I just wish for us to get along well at Christmas (and the rest of the year!) and that we are happy with what we have got.

ThemisA · 03/12/2017 17:09

My eldest son moved to Berkeley this year and is not able to come home for Christmas and although I still have a little one at home there is a painful homesickness type of feeling that I have to push aside. I would love us all to be together.

Funkyferret · 03/12/2017 17:11

I'd love everyone to have a happy and healthy Christmas but on a more mundane level, I'd love a fairy to come in and re-decorate the house and nail the DIY list for me. I was determined to have it done by Christmas but the year has just zipped by.

Landed · 03/12/2017 17:12

To find a way to make a truly magical (happy) christmas and not slump away until it's all over again.

123hartley123 · 03/12/2017 17:12

we always like to have a simple Family Christmas. Thankful for littlr things

Marg2k8 · 03/12/2017 17:16

I'd wish for good health for myself and my family.

carolacr · 03/12/2017 17:16

It's sad that families fall out because Christmas can be a lonely time for a lot of people. I'm lucky to have a good strong family unit. It hasn't always been like this, we've had family issues that we thought wouldn't get resolved, but I'm very fortunate, and now we can't all wait to spend the festive time together. I wish you all a happy Christmas. So my wish is that my family are as strong as we are today.

voyager50 · 03/12/2017 17:16

My wish is that my 90 year old grandmother will make it up the two flights of stairs to our flat or the Christmas Day plans will have to be completely changed!!

Butterfly1975 · 03/12/2017 17:18

In an ideal world I'd wish for Brexit to just go away and leave us all alone! It's felt like a tough year for so many.

More realistically I'd like some new lounge wear Xmas Grin

CMOTDibbler · 03/12/2017 17:19

I'd love for my mums dementia to lift even just for a few minutes so she knew who I was again.

Or, to win a great big stack of dog food for the rescue I foster for - we are seeing the dogs 'cleared out' before christmas now, and we'll see the ones dumped in the New Year when people realise that dogs are hard work

SSCRASE123 · 03/12/2017 17:20

I'd wish for a white Christmas, I don't think I've ever seen one in my lifetime and the kids would be thrilled.

madge47 · 03/12/2017 17:22

I wish for a full working cooker been using half a cooker for the last 2 years :)

shellywkd · 03/12/2017 17:22

Snow is a massive wish my eldest hasn't seen snow in about 8 years. If I can't have snow then just my family being safe and together is all I ask.

hdh747 · 03/12/2017 17:24

Better health and happiness for my loved ones.
