Yep 07/09 here and they said I will likely hear from my renewal first which only got scanned on Tuesday!

Some positive news my son has gone from MRC/LRM to HRC/HRM im so happy i could cry xx

Sent renewal form 3 weeks ago, I didn't send recorded due to issue at post office, rang today and they haven't received it so another form on the way.

So i done coc on the 02/09.. rates stayed the same so i done a MR on 06/02/26 but i sent more evidence off just after i done the MR so i think they have just used it as late evidence because i no MR are taking 6months plus yes i received a txt msg yesterday saying they need to speak to me then they phoned me went over some ?s but then i got more evidence today so i phoned to say im sending it in using the option 4 everyone says and she confirmed that the decisian was already made that i didnt need to swnd of the extra eveidce so from sept till now ive been waiting 6 monts xx

I've just called and been told a decision was made yesterday but I need to wait for the letter they wont tell me over the phone 😩

Ring them back and use option 4 instead of option 3 and they normally tell you i got told today using this option good luck xx

I stayed on hold for an hour to be told we'd been declined, the agent said its the longest decline letter hes ever seen but then put me on hold and asked if I can send in some late evidence 😩😩

This has made me so sad I am so annoyed for you x

I’m so sorry, did they give you a reason or told to wait for a letter, I threat for my two kids I got mrc and lrm for both they are autistic, spd, have incontinence and sleep and I always says it’s unfair there rate I know that sounds ungrateful but I work around there care being a single mum and it’s so excessive there sensory requires 9 supervised activities a day, touleting is assisted and walking outside is always hand held and watched one will run off and has serious unconscious stimming and inhalers. I feel sick for renewals because I feel I haven’t sent more than last time because ther system doesn’t care to have persistent interaction with my children and I just have to get on with it and I hear they sometimes go down I feel sick after sending them off.

Hi all, hope it’s ok to join this thread. My daughter was awarded HRC HRM in 2021 for 2 years. We got the same at renewal in 2023. 2025 renewal - she was awarded nothing (a ridiculous joke, I know!)
MR 20/10/25. We are week 22 today.

This is exactly what happened to me! When I rang them I was like sorry how have we gone from HRC/HRM to nothing? Did they tell you why they rejected her renewal? I’ve had to supply all original evidence and updated evidence for her MR. Fingers crossed we get it reinstated!!

I was absolutely stunned to be honest, considering I’d sent more evidence than ever before/her conditions have actually worsened! They didn’t tell me the reason, I wrote a multi page letter as the MR request recapping everything and outlining how crazy it was to expect to go from highest rates to nil. Wishing you and everyone else here the best of luck that things are resolved quickly and sensibly! Will certainly be back once I have an update to share

They didn’t tell me either but like you I sent what seemed to be endless documents and letters about why it needs to be reinstated!!

im 29 weeks atm so as soon as I have an update I’ll let you know!

Just called today for the first time for an update, still not with decision maker! How frustrating fingers crossed not long left to wait. Anyone with a similar date and a decision yet?
