Anyone waiting on a COC from August? scan date 26/8

I had my decision on the 29/12 and my scan date was 05/08.

Does anyone know how long it takes once in holding Que?

Weve had backpay today, cant calculate what her new rates are so now waiting for the letter. I think it works out that she's been increased from LRC no mobility to MRC and LRM.

Id call back tomorrow just to make sure. And No havent heard anything as of yet, she did say it should only take a few days but too afraid to call! Haha x

Anyone have an idea how long after uc verify child for disabled child elements and carers element and sent to decision maker to approve if any backpay. Also anyone heard for a renewal due to end 12/02 x

Well i called and still no decision, she told me to call back monday and hopefully a decision would have been made! I did send of lots of evidence so im guessing they are working through all of that. I have also got loads of extra evidence to prove my daughters night time needs so am sending that off too next week and then the wait starts for another MR. 26 weeks on my other X

Hi my daughter got verified the 3rd jan went to a decision maker the 5th got a letter today in journal then another saying backpay will be in my account on the 19th so not long hope this helps xx

MR mid August can't remember the date.

How long have people waited when there claim in holding Que?

Mine went to decision maker on the 2nd so fingers crossed it’s soon .

Called last week and they said they were on may dates but saw they are now on June. I'm 1/7 and not heard anything.

I sent my NC off and they received it on 24/12. My child was in CAMHS but discharged last year and due to no improvement we had a mental health crisis and he’s been accepted back into CAMHS. They have sent me a confirmation that he’s accepted back in we are just awaiting an appointment. Is this worth sending as extra evidence or no? Xx

Personally I would ring up and see where they are at with processing the claim and just ask if there is still time to send in extra evidence.

Just called for an update, last week was made a priority. It’s still in a holding queue and ring back in 2-3 weeks. Absolutely fed up and drained of it. 24/06 MR

Phoned to ask if they had scanned our extra evidence yet and they haven't but there is a note about me sending it. He said we are with a case manager and it does look like we've been made a priority. Any idea how long it is usually with a case manager? Is that the last step? I have a feeling we may need medical team to look at it though.

My MR is 24/06 and been told to wait another 2-3 even after being made a priority

Called today, they said a desicion has been made but not yet finalised, and couldnt tell me till it was . And call back monday.
Has any one heard this before?
A long weekend of not knowing.

How frustrating for you. I have t heard this myself. Did you try option 4? They might give more away. What is your scan date of you don’t mind me asking?

Coc , SD 10th September. They said they were unwilling to give out details before the letter was finalised which should be by end of day.

Ah I see, might be the way with COC. Very frustrating it’s happened on a Friday though!
